By signing below you agree to hold harmless STEPS Dance Studio, its teachers, staff and special guests for any injuries or illness you or your child may develop during any class, rehearsal or performance as well as on the premises where such activities are taking place. In signing, you also agree to abide by the studio’s policies regarding tuition payments, late fees, covid-19 safety regulations, classroom behavior and dress code as indicated in the "STEPS Dance Studio Policies" handout.

Photos may be taken from time to time during classes, rehearsals and performances. Your family's privacy is important to us, so we never disclose students' names when posting pictures. By signing below you hereby permit STEPS to use your student's photo(s) for the recital slideshow, social media pages, and website.
