I hereby release and indemnify Attitudes Performing Arts, it's owner and staff members from all liabilities, suits, claims and/or demands of any nature, legal, or financial, whether caused in any way by negligence or not, arising from the participation in or observation of any Attitudes Performing Arts activity for injuries or illness, including pandemics, to any person or property, whether on the premises or not. I also acknowledge that, I am responsible for any and all, deposits, payments, and fees to be paid in full, and that said, deposits, payments, and fees are non-refundable for services rendered online and or in person.
