Rules and Regulations

Monthly Tuition: due no later than the 1st of the month. Tuition paid after this time will incur a $10 late fee.

If you sign up for a school year class, you acknowledge that you are committing to the year of dance classes. If you have to quit mid-season for any reason, please let us know well in advance so we are able to open the space for other dancers.

Illness Policy: please have your child be 24 hours fever free and/or having been taking antibiotics when applicable for 24 hours before bringing your child to class. Children come into close contact in dance class and it is easy to spread illness!
Makeup policy: When you have to miss due to illness please check with us via e-mail to set up a makeup class. We have a very lenient makeup policy and should be able to accommodate you.

Dance classes are non-refundable but unused classes can be applied to future dance classes. A $20 drop fee will be added for dropping out of dance mid-season.

I hereby enroll my child/children at Hearts in Motion Dance. By registering for classes I acknowledge to release and hold harmless Hearts in Motion Dance Project including its teachers, and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold Hearts in Motion Dance Project liable for any personal injury or injury of my child. I will not hold Hearts in Motion Dance Project liable for any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on or off the premises before, during or after classes.

I acknowledge that dance classes are non-refundable and can only be credited towards future dance classes and/or events/camps at Hearts in Motion. Tuition is divided into 9 monthly payments regardless of how many weeks are in a given month. Tuition is due on the fifth of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added if tuition is not paid on time. I understand that should I choose to leave Hearts in Motion mid-season (after the first month of classes), I will be asked to pay a $20 drop fee unless for extenuating circumstances. I also understand that recital costumes are non-refundable.

I hereby allow Hearts in Motion Dance Project to publish photos/videos taken of my child during dance class to any of their social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and/or their website.
