As emails are the major form of communication parents agree to maintain an active email address throughout their enrolment. Please add no-reply@dancestudio-pro.com to your email address book. Emails must be checked prior to each class.
Mobile phone numbers must be in the format +61417XXXXXX to ensure receipt of text messages.
Parents must check their portal each week for class times.
Any communication including messages, texts or emails, is considered confidential.
None of the parties shall disclose to any person or use for any purpose any confidential information of the other as a result of entering into this Agreement. This restriction shall continue to apply after the expiration or termination of this agreement without limit of time.

Emergency contact details must be an ALTERNATIVE to the main parent/carer contact.
If you wish a second parent/carer to receive duplicate texts, emails and/or statements and have a separate Parent Portal log on please contact us.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the payment of fees, that fees are charged on a per term basis and that missed classes will not be refunded.

Please contact Lani or Bonnie before making arrangements to enrol in competitions, master classes etc. This will ensure continuity of training, avoidance of contradictions and allow Lani and Bonnie to ensure your child is well prepared. It also allows, in some circumstances, for feedback from teacher to teacher and, where appropriate, provides Lani and Bonnie with the opportunity to have friends and colleagues look out for your child. Mostly these extra opportunities will be very welcome but on the odd occasion for some activities it may be preferable for the students to not participate.

We generally do not have parents watching classes as it is too much of a distraction for children. If the very young students wish to have their mother/carer present to begin with they may. Parents will be invited in to observe classes at the end of term 1 and in the lead up to exams. Due to concert work there is limited viewing in terms 3 and 4.

Students may not perform choreography learned at Toodyay Ballet School or Rural Dance Schools WA without the prior permission of Lani and Bonnie McGeady. Please also contact the Directors to advise if you wish your child to perform in public, as students are always representing Toodyay Ballet School or Rural Dance Schools WA when they perform.

Speed limit in driveway is 5kph.
No smoking anywhere on property.
Entry permitted to studio, verandah and seating/shaded areas.
Entry to second studio and dressing room only with direct permission.
No entry to any other area of the property or past the caution tape.
No climbing on verandah balustrade.
Siblings etc must be supervised at all times.
Please limit noise on the verandah to minimise distraction to students in class.
All rubbish in bin please to avoid ant/mice problems.
No touching costumes, equipment etc without permission.
Strictly no food or drink in studios when used as dressing areas and water only in studios.
No external chairs are to be put on the artificial grass to avoid damage.
Parents are welcome to bring bean bags or picnic rugs but no chairs.
NO DOGS are permitted at any time.
No alcohol permitted unless a private function or event.
Please do not approach the horses under any circumstances. Please do not pat them or feed them over or through the fence.

Unless I have specifically opted out of public photos via the Photo Opt-Out tab (available to new students on the "Waivers" tab once registration is complete) I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during any event, class or gathering associated with the Toodyay Ballet School or Rural Dance Schools WA and for images/film to be used in future publications, newsletters, advertisements, concert productions or other related materials.

Mutual respect is required between all parties at all times. We encourage the children to respect themselves, each other and their parents. TBS needs the support of parents in the areas of respect and good manners that is expected at all times. Students or parents who feel they cannot conduct themselves in a controlled and polite manner will be asked to find tuition elsewhere.
