*Payment Policies*
*Tuition is billed monthly
*There will be no credits and/or refunds for classes missed due to vacation or illness. Please arrange with the front desk for a make-up class as soon as possible. Make-up class must be taken within 1 month of absence.
*We do not issue refunds on tuition. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
*Students are not permitted in class if their accounts are more than 2 months past due.
*If a student withdraws from a class, the office MUST be notified by email or phone. Otherwise, the tuition for the reminder of the year is still due and you will continue to have tuition charged.
*Assumption of Risk
I, the minor's parent or legal guardian, or myself, understand the nature of the activities my child will be involved in at The Redding Arts Project, and the minor's or my experience and capabilities, and believe the minor or myself to be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities.
*Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless each of the releasee's from all liability claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor's account caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor's behalf makes a claim against any of the releasees named above, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or any cost that may occur as the result of any such claim.
*Photography Release
I agree to let The Redding Art Project photograph and/or video my child or myself for use in online and print promotion and recital recording.
