If a student misses a class, or would like to review what was taught, they can request the recorded class be posted to Google Classroom. Requested classes will be available to view for 2 weeks. In the event a class is unable to be held at the Academy, classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume.

-No refunds on Membership Fee.
-No refunds on Recital Packages, additional Costume Packages, classroom attire, or shoes.
-A tuition refund will be issued for a class that is canceled due to lack of enrollment and/or for lessons that are canceled without being rescheduled or providing a substitute.
Attendance:
Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Please make every effort to attend each class. If a student misses more than two of the final eight classes before recital, they may be dismissed from participating in the recital routine at the discretion of the teacher.
Dress Code:
Each level has an assigned class color. This helps instructors to quickly identify their students, allows teachers to assess how well the students are implementing the technique being taught, and for GDA staff to direct students and serve parents more effectively.
