WELCOME TO DANCE WORKSHOP OF DEER PARK!
We are so excited you are joining us for the 2024-2025 dance season.

Please be aware JUNE tuition is collected up front. The first tuition payment posted on the account at the time of registration will be for JUNE 2025.

TUITION:
All monthly tuition payments will post to your account by the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition is due by the due date by the 15th of each month or a $10.00 late fee will be applied to the account automatically. All tuition payments can be made on the parent portal or in person at the studio. Autopay can be set up to avoid all late fees on the parent portal but we ask that you let the front desk know what day of the month you would like Auto Pay to be processed. Auto Pay is processed on the 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of each month. If tuition obligations are not met and payments are not made for more than 30 days, dance classes and all services will be suspended until the account is made current. All tuition and costume balances must be up to date in order for the dancers to perform in the annual recital.

COSTUMES:
Each class that your child is enrolled in will require a mandatory deposit due by November 1st, 2024, in the amount of $50.00 per class per costume. If the Deposit is not paid by this date a $10.00 late fee will be applied to the account. It is important that all costume deposits are paid in a timely manner so that DWDP can assure that your child's costume is ordered promptly. In the event the costume has to be returned and re-ordered for any reason, we want to make sure it arrives back in time for the recital. The balance for all costumes will be due before the costumes can be taken home. All costume deposits and costume balances will be posted to your account so that all payments can be made on the portal.
