Registration and Tuition Policy
Annual Registration Fee of $40.00 is due at the time of registration. Tuition must be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. Tuition will be debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the 15th day of each month from September-May. The month of September is non-refundable. Credit card or bank debit payments are not accepted for in-person payment on a monthly basis. Payment must be made by pre-authorized automatic monthly payment. All charges will appear on your bank statement or credit card statement as being from Bowman Dance Company & School. I hereby authorize the school to electronically debit my bank account or credit card for the amount of any NSF paper cheque or auto-debit transactions plus a $30 NSF fee. Tuition is paid in ten equal installments throughout the year. Tuition will not be prorated for Holidays, Breaks or Inclement Weather. Costume fees for the year-end production will be charged to your auto-debit or auto-credit card charge on November 30. No costume fees will be refunded after this date even if a student withdraws from the school. Recital Fees will be charged to your auto-debit or auto-credit card charge on April 15. No recital fees will be refunded after this date even if a student withdraws from the school.

Refund Policy
While BDCS does not refund the Yearly Registration Fee or classes that have already occurred, we will gladly refund tuition for classes that have not occurred. Please note that any discounts received are provided for the completion of the dance season. If you choose to leave the program before the end of the season, discounts are deducted from the refund. All dancewear and apparel sales are final, however an account credit may be given, or exchanges may be made at the discretion of BDCS. All Costume and recital ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given for costume sales.

Class Withdrawal
There is a two-month minimum for all lessons. One-month notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any classes. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone. Withdrawal must be done at the school office and not with the teacher. Withdrawal must occur within the first 7 days of the month. No withdrawals will be accepted after April 1. To withdraw from classes a parent or adult student must: Inform school administration in person, and Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the school office.

Assumption of Risk
I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Bowman Dance Company & School classes, rehearsal, performances, or activities.

Release of Liability
I exempt, release, and indemnify Bowman Dance Company & School, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, independent contractors, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Bowman Dance Company & School. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Bowman Dance Company & School, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, independent contractors, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitation and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

Photo Release
Permission is granted for Bowman Dance Company & School to use photographs of students for publicity purposes.

Privacy
Bowman Dance Company & School keeps your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Bowman Dance Company & School is not affiliated with any preferred vendor links on our website and we recommend you to view that vendors' privacy policy prior to providing your personal information.

BDCS Policies and Procedures

1- Payments must be made in advance.
2- We accept Auto Pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
3- Membership Fee are due at the time of enrollment:
Standard: $50/family
VIP: $100/family
4- Tuition rates are based on a 47 week dance year. For your convenience, tuition can be paid in 12 equal installments, or one yearly payment.
-12 Installments- Auto Pay ONLY due on the 15th of the month for the upcoming month’s tuition.
-July-June
-Yearly Payment
-10% Discount- Due by July 15th.
-Yearly payments not paid by the deadline will not receive a discount.
5- Invoices are not issued. You can view your account only 24/7 or make a payment by logging into your account using your email address on file through our parent portal or by linking through our website.
6- All Tuition Payments, Costume Fees, Production Fees, Merchandise, Company Fees, Competition Fees, Convention Fees are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
7- Tuition and Fees must be paid on or before the due date. The late fees and policies below will apply to all late payments:
- $25 late fee for all accounts not paid by the 25th of the month.
- $25 fee for each returned NSF Payment
-$25 declined credit card fee for each declined card that is not updated within 24 hours of the decline
notification.
- All cards that are declined will be run again every Monday weekly until the balance is paid.
- If your credit is declined, your child will be suspended from class beginning on the 25th of the
month until payment is received.
8- Your account (all tuition and fees) must be paid in full prior to the annual production. Accounts that have outstanding balances will not be allowed to participate at the annual production.
9- Tuition and classes auto-renew. After the dancer is enrolled you will be automatically renewed on July 1st for classes and tuition for the following year and your annual membership fee will be applied to your account. If you wish to opt out of the auto-renewal, please notify the office email by June 30th. You will be auto-renewed under the same installment/payment plan.
10- When dropping a class, parents must notify the office in writing by the 1st of the prior month or fees for the next month will be charged (EX: if you pay monthly and wish to discontinue lessons in Nov. you must turn in the official drop form by Oct 1st.)
11- There are no discounts, credits, or refunds of any tuition (except on yearly tuition payments minus the discount), enrollment fees, entry fees, merchandise, production fees, and competition fees.
12- You agree that you have read and will abide by the policies in the BDCS Handbook and Payment and Fee Policies listed here.
