IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. EVERY PARENT AT THE SCHOOL IS BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. -I am over the age of 18. -I have read or will read the Student Handbook (available on the Parent Portal and by request) and follow the code of conduct set out there. I understand that failure to do so may result in my student being removed from the school. -I understand that all trial fees and deposits are non-refundable. -I understand that attendance to any classes after a trial is a commitment to take up a place in the class and as such, I am liable to pay for the full cost of that term regardless of payment method. I give my consent for these images to be used in this manner. -The cost of each term is the session cost multiplied by the weeks of the term. If no deposit is received, my student will be removed from the register and the space becomes available the day after the term ends. -If any of my students withdraw early in a term, the remaining amount owed for the term will be charged using the card details on my account upon notification of their withdrawal. -Any queries or payment disagreements must be raised in writing by email and allow up to three working days for a response. -Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform ASDS and it's contractors of any existing injuries or medical conditions prior to classes starting. -Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. ASDS can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings. -Due to the time sensitivity of workshops all fees and deposits for workshops are non refundable. -The liability of ASDS and that of its contractors is restricted to class time only and then only to gross negligence. -ASDS reserves the right to exclude students from lessons at its discretion. -ASDS reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the contractors working at the school. -Fees are reviewed termly. -Personal data given to the ASDS will be "processed" (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) by ASDS and/or the Principal(s) of its own schools ("ASDS") for the purposes of administration, research, the provision of teaching services in singing, dance and drama, and the organisations under legislation relating to children.
