Upon registering with Talbot Dance Academy you are agreeing to the following: Term Fees Early Bird Payment – You will receive your term invoice prior to the commencement of each term and have until the first day of each term to pay these fees in full to be eligible for the Early Bird Discount. Full payment - This fee will apply if payment is received after the first day of term. Late payment - Fees that are not paid in the first two weeks of term will become ‘Late Payments’ and will be re-invoiced with an additional 10% per week overdue. All of our fees are GST inclusive. No refund of fees after payment All statutory holidays will be observed. If a class falls on a statutory holiday, there will be no amendment to invoicing or replacement class. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or cancelled classes. We will endeavour to arrange make-up lessons for classes cancelled by Talbot Dance Academy or will offer an alternative class time Digital Media Images and video footage of your child may be used for advertising and promotional purposes. NO identifying information including surnames and exact location will be used in any video or digital images. Should you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.
By enrolling and attending classes at Talbot Dance Academy you are acknowledging your understanding of the explanations of term fees and agreeing to adhere to the conditions below: • Early Payment Rate: To qualify for the early payment rate, you must pay the amount owing before the early payment due date. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to pay your fees by this date, please let us know before the due date so that we can set up a payment plan which suits you (payment plans incur a $10 admin fee). If you do not let us know before the due date, the system will automatically add the full payment amount to your account. • Late Payment: The full payment amount will apply if payment is received after the early payment due date and before the full payment due date above. • Overdue fees: If term fees are not paid by the full payment due date, 20% of the due amount will apply for every week it is overdue. These fees are non-negotiable and once applied cannot be reversed. If a lesser amount is paid than what is stated on the overdue invoice, the remaining amount will continue to accrue 20% per week penalties. • Once a term has finished, enrolments roll over to the next term. Unless you notify us that you wish to remove your child’s enrolment, or you drop the class on your Parent Portal your account will be charged for the upcoming term and you will be required to pay the due amount as per the conditions stated above. • All of our fees are GST inclusive. • No refunds are given (including for missed classes, non-attendance, change of mind or injury/sickness). Under no circumstances will this be waived. • If a class falls on a statutory holiday, there will be no amendments to fees or replacement classes. • If for any reason a class is cancelled by Talbot Dance Academy, we will endeavor to arrange a replacement lesson or offer an alternative class time. • Our term lengths are set by TDA as a private dance school and do not follow school terms.
