TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
I agree to the following Terms and Conditions as set by The Inspired Network Pty Ltd, trading as Inspire Creative Arts (ICA) and inclusive of all programs and services:
1. Invoicing and Payment
1.1 Tuition Fees are a term commitment and invoiced by the term, payable in full by the due date on the invoice.
1.2 ICA accepts the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer or Ezi-debit/Auto-Pay facilities.
1.3 The following payment methods incur a transaction fee in addition to tuition:
i. Credit card payments: 1.75% + 30c; and
ii. Ezi-debit: 1.98% for credit cards; and
iii. Select bank accounts: 99c.
1.4 Families enrolled in a package may opt to make payment in full as per 1.1, or register for part-payment instalments through our Auto-Pay facility: Ezidebit. Ezi-debit instalments will be automatically debited from your nominated account in weeks 1, 5 and 9 of each term.
1.5 A once-off, annual registration fee of $40 (or $75 for 2+ children in a family) applies on the first invoice received.
1.6 Students are denied entry to class if your tuition invoice remains unpaid 7 days from the due date. This also applies to costume invoices and all other invoiced stock, merchandise or services.
1.7 Once your payment has been made, please show proof of payment to an Inspire staff member and your child will permitted into their lesson.
1.8 ICA engages ECC Credit Control Debt Recovery services for outstanding invoices. Should a recovery matter occur, you will incur all costs associated in pursuing debt recovery, on top of the invoice amount and late fees.
1.9 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your nominated account for Ezi-debit payments. If there are insufficient funds in your account to meet a debit payment:
1.10.1 You will be charged a dishonor fee by Ezi-debit of $14.80, as well as any potential fees by your financial institution; and
1.10.2 You must arrange for the debit payment to be made by another method or arrange for sufficient funds to be in your account by an agreed time, so that we may process the debit payment again; and
1.11 It is your responsibility to advise us of any closures or changes to the account nominated by you for Ezi- debit payments.
2. Missing Classes and Mid-Term Enrolment
2.1 Registration is a term commitment. ICA do not refund or credit tuition for classes that are unattended for any reason, including a change of mind. This is inclusive of those paying the term's tuition in full, or via Ezi-debit instalments.
2.2 Students may participate in a “make up” lesson upon prior arrangement with the office. If a class is cancelled by ICA and a “make up” class has not been arranged, you are entitled to a credit to the value of that class. If the cancelled class is discounted or free in a package, the credit will reflect accordingly.
2.3 If a student will be absent for 3+ consecutive weeks due to sickness or injury Inspire will pro-rata the invoice accordingly upon provision of a medical certificate, unless the invoice is overdue. If an outstanding amount is owed, Inspire will not pro-rata the invoice and the full amount will be recovered.
2.4 If enrolling mid-term, the tuition for that term will be calculated at a pro-rata rate.
2.5 All new students, or existing students enrolling in a new class, are entitled to a 'no-obligation' trial lesson. The trial lesson charge will be included on the first invoice received upon the student enrolling into the class.
3. Discounts, Packages and Rebates
3.1 All subsequent children (2+ siblings) in a family receive 10% off their tuition. Family discounts may not apply if a subsequent child is enrolled in a package, where discounts are already applied. The 1st/full paying child in a family is the child with the highest tuition charge applied.
3.2 The class with the lowest tuition charge is discounted in packages.
3.3 Private lessons, workshops or special events are not included in package discounts.
3.4 A 20% tuition discount applies to holders of a Health Care concession card. Conditions apply.
3.5 ICA is a provider of the NSW Government’s Active Kids and Creative Kids $100 rebates. All vouchers must be submitted prior to the term’s commencement, with the balance paid immediately. We do not accept vouchers for late invoices.
3.6 In accordance with Government policy, under no circumstance are ICA able to refund voucher amounts. In the case a voucher has been submitted and the full invoice is paid in error, the voucher will remain on your account as a credit.
4. Uniform & Grooming
4.1 ICA maintains a uniform policy. Students must attend class in the correct attire as outlined in our information handbook.
5. General Conduct
5.1 Please ensure that pick up and drop off is prompt. In the instance of running late for pick up, SMS the studio: 0401 334 546 so that the appropriate staff member may be notified.
5.2 In the event of a late pick-up that is longer than 20 minutes after close of business, Inspire may issue an invoice in order to compensate staff for their time.
5.3 Friends and family members are not permitted inside the studios during classes. We hold scheduled parent viewing times in the final week of some terms. Studios are not to be entered in to without a teacher or manager present.
5.4 No video recording or photographing of class activity is permitted.
5.5 Students may not bring to class valuables or electronics including iPads or gaming devices.
5.6 Please ensure the waiting/common areas and bathrooms are left clean and ready for the next user. Take all rubbish and possessions with you, and return items to their correct place. Please take all reasonable care for the protection of persons and property including furniture, decoration and fittings.
5.7 ICA is strictly a non-smoking and alcohol-free zone.
5.8 ICA is released from all liability in the event of injury, illness or loss pertaining to the unapproved use of studio property including furniture, decoration, fittings, and equipment.
5.9 Please keep noise to a reasonable minimum so classes are not disturbed. Toddlers and young children may not roam the building or grounds unaccompanied, and must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
5.10 ICA reserves the right to ask persons to leave who are acting in a disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or dangerous manner, or acting in breach of the company’s Covid-Safe measures.
6. Video and Photography
6.1 Photography and footage of students at ICA may be taken and used for activities, events and promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising material, newsletters). Neither you nor your child will be identified by full name, nor any personal information disclosed. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or videoed, please notify the office.
7. Medical
7.1 Please ensure that your child’s medical history and all appropriate information is disclosed when finalising your registration.
7.2 Families must advise the studio if an injury or medical condition arises which may be adversely affected by certain types of training.
7.3 First Aid is available and qualified to be administered. If you do not wish for your child to receive First Aid in the case of an emergency, please notify the office.
7.4 ICA have a strict Covid-Safe plan in place that must be adhered to by all students, staff and family members.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
I am the parent/legal guardian of the registered student. Whilst I understand Inspire Creative Arts/The Inspired Network Pty Ltd (ICA) will take all reasonable care of my child, I understand and accept that ICA and its employees/contractors/agents are not liable for any loss, injury or illness suffered by participants in its programs. I give permission for ICA to seek medical attention for my child if deemed necessary. I give permission for photo, video and audio recordings to be taken throughout my child’s participation at ICA, and understand these may be used for promotional purposes. I have disclosed my child’s medical history and requirements to ICA, and have sought appropriate medical advice regarding any condition prior to this registration. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions as set above by ICA, including the company’s Covid-Safe measures. I certify that all information provided by me is true and correct.
