Here's some important information to help you get started:
Class Selection and Enrollment:
Please log in to your portal to select classes for yourself or your dancer. Remember that class spots are limited, so secure your place at the barre early. If a class is full, don't worry you can join the waitlist and still have a chance to dance.

Upon submission of your registration (for new students) or payment of your tuition (for returning students), I hereby consent to the following terms:
TUITION FEES CHILDREN:
Tuition must be paid in full prior to your first class, with the exception of one free trial class.
If your tuition remains unpaid, you will be required to make the payment upon your arrival at the class or forfeit your attendance.
Once you have had your trial class you may enroll in auto pay for monthly payments or you will be charged in advance for the full semester.
TUITION FEES ADULTS:
Class packages are available. You can purchase them online or to the studio.
CHILDREN TRIAL CLASSES
One free trial class is offered. Please email me to schedule a Trial Class.
REGISTRATION FEE
There is a registration fee of $35 per family, per year. (This does not apply to Adult Classes.)
REFUNDS
All purchases and semester fees are final. We do not provide refunds, pro-rating or make up classes.
MAKE UP CLASSES
To maintain class ratio and quality, makeup classes in your specific level are not available. In case of absence (travel, illness, etc.), children 5 years old and up can attend the Body Mechanics Class for one makeup only. Please prioritize attending all scheduled classes for an enriched learning experience. If a student misses more than 2 classes per semester, it is at the discretion of Grace Ballet to determine if they are not prepared enough to participate in a possible end of seamster performance.
POOR ATTENDANCE
If more than 3 classes are missed per semester for children, Grace Ballet reserves the right to discuss refusing future enrollment. Many students are on a waitlist for our classes, and it is not fair to those wanting to participate that enrolled students fail to attend class for other engagements or non-illness/injury related reasons.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
There is a 5% sibling discount for the 2nd or 3rd sibling.
USE OF MEDIA, PHOTOS, & VIDEO
Grace Ballet shares images from our classes and ballet productions on various social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Members and artistic staff of Grace Ballet are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct, ensuring that all social media communications remain transparent, professional, and supportive in nature.
If you prefer not to grant permission for the use of photos featuring your child, please let us know by opting out and contacting us directly via email at geraldine@graceballetlosangeles.com.
MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNT
We do offer a discount for children attending multiple classes per week.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
If a class is cancelled due to weather, Force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances you can make up the class where able.
ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOR IN CLASS
If any young is student is disruptive or not following instruction in class, Grace Ballet has the right to remove the student from the class.
LOST & FOUND
Grace Ballet is not responsible for lost or stolen items at the studio or its facilities.
MEDICAL EMERGENCY FOR CHILDREN
In the event of an emergency, if you cannot be reached, you authorize Grace Ballet, its agents and staff, to seek necessary medical attention for the student.
I hereby grant consent for necessary emergency treatment to be administered by Grace Ballet staff. I authorize my child to be transported via ambulance or aid car to an emergency center for treatment. If I cannot be reached, I also grant permission for medical procedures and care, as deemed necessary by a licensed physician, for the well-being of my child. I agree not to hold Grace Ballet, its faculty, or staff liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during my child's involvement with Grace Ballet.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As a participant in these programs, I acknowledge the inherent risks of physical injury and willingly assume responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, costs, or expenses that may arise from my participation in any activities associated with Grace Ballet.
I pledge to indemnify and hold Grace Ballet harmless against any injuries, costs, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may result from my involvement in any class, production, rehearsal, recital, or event of any nature.
By endorsing this agreement, I comprehend that I am relinquishing any present or future claims, liens, demands, or causes of action against Grace Ballet, arising from or related to my participation in any class, production, rehearsal, recital, or event.Registration Fee:
Fees are paid in advance either through the online portal which also offers automatic payments which can be paid monthly, Cash or Check. Please note: There is a service fee added for online payments to the CC Company.
Tuition is collected on a semester basis except for Adults who can purchase class packages.
Tuition is due in full upon registration.
SEMESTER:
Our semesters typically offer 12 classes, adapting to school schedules.
ADULT CLASSES RUN YEAR LONG.
CLASS POSTPONEMENT:
​If enrollment in any class is lower than 6 dancers, that class will be canceled prior to the semester beginning. You will be asked to select another class.​
UNIFORM AND SHOP:
Explore my Shop page on the website to acquire the essential ballet shoes and the exclusive Grace Ballet Logo Uniform. Additionally, you'll find logo water bottles and ballet bags available for your convenience. Kindly be aware that I only accept full sole, leather pink ballet shoes from either Bloch or Capezio.
ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE SYLLABUS:
I proudly follow the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. Students aged 6 and above have the opportunity to participate in presentation awards and examinations through the Royal Academy of Dance, by invitation only. A commitment of attending a minimum of two weekly classes is required, along with mandatory week-long classes over the April Spring break leading up to assessments and examinations in June.
CLASS VIEWING:
For class viewing, I kindly ask parents and caregivers to wait outside the studio. I provide a real-time viewing link so you can still experience the magic of your dancer's progress.
DROP OFF/ PICK UP: Grace Ballet is not responsible for students arriving early or leaving the studio without proper accompaniment. Once your child's class is over, we are no longer responsible for your child. You are responsible for your child before and after their class time. Please pick up your child on time.
