**NEW** Auto-pay policy for 2018-2019 season:
All families will be required to have a debit or credit card on file for auto-pay. Families can still pay online or in studio any time through the due date of the charge. The day following the due date the auto-pay card will be charged for any outstanding fees. All credit or debit card payments include a convenience fee (online, in studio or auto-pay). Any auto-pay that fails to be completed (due to declined or invalid card numbers) will incur a $10 late fee.
Example #1: September Tuition is charged to a family's account and is due September 10th. The family pays via check in studio on September 3rd. The auto-pay card is not charged and the family does not pay the convenience fee associated with debit/credit cards.
Example #2: September tuition is charged to a family's account and is due September 10th. The family does not pay early and the auto-pay card is charged on September 11th. The auto-pay charge will include the convenience fee.
Example #3: September tuition is charged to a family's account and is due September 10th. The family does not pay early and the auto-pay card is declined when attempted on September 11th. The tuition will incur a $10 late fee charge.

Enrolling/Reserving class spot: For summer sessions - spot in class is not considered reserved until full payment is made. For school year sessions - spot in class is not considered reserved until $50 (per family) enrollment fee is paid. Note - Competition dancers paying audition fee do not pay an enrollment fee.

Withdrawing from class(es): Families are responsible for contacting Radiant Dance Studio if dancers no longer attend. Tuition will continue to be charged to accounts until the studio is notified in writing that the dancer is withdrawing from class(es). The family is still responsible for the charges accrued until the written notice is received by the studio.

Refunds: There are no refunds on registration fees, dance cards, master classes, guest teacher or tuition. There will be no refunds on costumes that have been ordered by the studio.

Medical Attention: The undersigned gives permission to Radiant Dance Studio, LLC, its owners and operators to seek medical attention for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or conditions and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental condition.

Hold Harmless: As a legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Radiant Dance Studio, LLC, its owners and operators from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Radiant Dance Studio, LLC.

Unpaid Balances: I understand if I have an unpaid balance to Radiant Dance Studio and do not make satisfactory payment arrangements, my account may be placed with an external collection agency. I will be responsible for reimbursement of any fees from the collection agency, including all costs and expenses incurred collecting my account, and possibly including reasonable attorney's fees if so incurred during collection efforts.
In order for Radiant Dance Studio or their designated external collection agency to service my account, and where not prohibited by applicable law, I agree that Radiant Dance Studio and the designated external collection agency are authorized to (i) contact me by telephone at the telephone number(s) I am providing, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me, (ii) contact me by sending text messages (message and data rates may apply) or emails, using any email address I provide and (iii) methods of contact may include using pre-recorded/artificial voice message and/or use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable.
