Registration: A non-refundable fee of $30 for one child or $45 for family is due at the time of registration. Summer registration does not include a registration fee however the tuition is due in full at the time of registration to hold the class spot. No refunds will be given for registration fees or first month's tuition unless classes are canceled by the studio. Costume Fees (Required for recital classes only): Costume fees ($80/costume) for the end of the year recital will be due on November 1st. No costume fees will be refunded even if a student withdraws from Dance Alliance of Camarillo. Costumes of students who have withdrawn from the studio become the property of Dance Alliance School of Dance. Tuition: Tuition will be charged monthly from September 1st through June 1st. Failure to pay tuition will result in the student being dropped from the class to allow another student on the waiting list to enter the class. Tuition is an equal amount divided between 10 months and remains the same regardless of holidays or studio closures. Absences/Make-Ups: There will be no refunds for missed classes. However, 1 make-up per class per month is available for all classes. Contact the studio to schedule your make-up. All make-ups must be pre-arranged. Payments: Tuition is posted on the 1st and must be paid by the 5th of each month if you choose to pay by cash/check. All accounts not paid by the 5th will have their credit cards automatically charged on the 6th of each month for their ENTIRE balance. It is the parents responsibility to notify the studio of any updates of changes in credit card information. Any declined cards will be required to pay a $50 fee for bank and processing fees. Dress Code: All dancers must abide by the dress code listed on the website. Parents Responsibility: Please be aware of the class schedule and year calendar. Most communication is by email. Please contact the studio immediately if your email changes. Check the website frequently for updates. Drop off/Pick up: Dance Alliance is not responsible for providing before and after care of dancers. Please stay with your dancer until class is about to begin and pick up promptly after class. If extenuating circumstances arise and you will be late, please call the studio. Injuries: Parents and/or legal guardians of minor students waive the right to any legal action for injuries occurring at Dance Alliance of Camarillo resulting from normal activity before, during or after class. Photo Release: Parents must notify Dance Alliance of Camarillo in writing if they do NOT want their child photographed for use in our website or any promotional material.
