I agree to the payment terms, costume fees, and dress code policy for the 2024-2025Season.
There is an Annual $30 Registration Fee per student each year (Aug. - July). Registration fee and 1st month's payment are due at the time of registration and the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Class instalment payments are due on the 1st of each month.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
IMPORTANT: We do not automatically cancel classes if there is no school, please refer to our monthly calendars for class dates/times/schedules.
Payment and Refund Policy:
The Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable.
CMTW Theatre Classes: There are no prorated class fees. If you are signing up late, the whole monthly instalment payment is due in full.
Musical Theatre Classes are charged as a Session Fee that can be paid in full or broken down into 5 monthly instalment payments Per Session that are due the 1st of the month. (The show fee includes all classes, show costumes, extra show rehearsals, show performances, script, Google Classroom code and rehearsal CD for the show.
CMTW Dance Classes: Our CMTW Dance classes run from August - June (the recital) and are broken up into 11-monthly instalment payments, due on the 1st of the month. These monthly instalment payments are based on the number of weeks out of the entire season, including Holidays, breaks, extra performance rehearsals and the performance. There are no prorated class fees. If you are signing up late, the whole monthly instalment payment is due in full.
If a student decides to not continue either theatre classes in the current session or dance classes, and the monthly instalment payment has already been paid, refund will only be given if the student has moved out of area/out of State or an illness or medical condition/family emergency occurs.
There are no refunds on Dance Show Costumes once they are ordered.
This refund policy DOES NOT include closures due to weather or other unanticipated closures due to circumstances outside of CMT Workshop's control (i.e. weather/natural disaster/unnatural disaster/ act of God).
This refund policy DOES NOT include Local, State or Federal Mandated Closures.
CMT Workshop reserves the rights to change policies at any time, with or without notice (subject to applicable law).
