TUITION:
Tuition is due on the 1st each month as lessons are prepaid for. August will be prorated for 1/2 & is due at the time of enrollment. Auto-Pay is required is all students. Pay the season in full and receive 5% off, payment must be made by cash or check BEFORE 8/30 at 7:00pm. Discounts cannot be combined. All card transactions incur a 3.5% fee.
Tuition is an annual charge divided by the months in the season, not by the lesson or number of lessons in a month. I understand tuition is a monthly payment, not per class. There is no additional charge when there are 5 lessons in a month, and no discount when there are three.
I understand that tuition is based on a full seasonal, September-May and includes Christmas, Thanksgiving & Spring Breaks and divided into a monthly payment. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences.
We do not close for Monday holidays except for Labor Day.
No refunds or credits.
RETURNED CHECKS:
$45 returned check fee will be applied.
LATE FEE:
I understand that monthly tuition is POSTED & DUE on the 1st of the month and that a $15 late fee will be automatically added to my account on the 3rd of the month if my card is declined. By agreeing to this, I understand that the late fee is added if I have not paid tuition in full by the 3rd of the month.
SPRING SHOW FEES:
2025 Spring Show Costume fees are due in full by November 1st. It will be drafted from your account on the 1st unless you pay via cash, check, or Venmo PRIOR to 11/1.
Recital Package fees are due in full February 1st. Because this is a performing art & show participation is encouraged, it is assumed you are participating in our year-end shows unless we are otherwise notified via email by the due date of 11/1.
Please kindly notify our office before November 1st if you wish to not participate in our year-end shows so we can mark your account appropriately. The costume & recital package fee will automatically be drafted with Autopay during said month with tuition unless we are properly notified of non-participation.
DRESSCODE:
Students must adhere to our dress-code in order to participate in class. Modesty Policy always, no bare-midriff.
LOST & FOUND:
All items left at KSDA will be placed in the lost & found bucket in the lobby. We are not responsible for any items left at the studio.
MAKEUP CLASSES:
Makeup classes are allowed 2x August-December and must be scheduled in advance through the office and in the same level/age as the student's regular class.
WEEKLY OBSERVATION:
Parents are invited into class 2x a year + Christmas Showcase + End-of-Year Show. Outside of these dates, parents are welcome to wait in the main lobby, outside, or in their car.
*Students ages 2-4, parents need to wait in the lobby during their child's class time.*
PHOTO PERMISSION:
I grant permission for KSDA to use my child’s picture in future advertising, literature, or in any web content KSDA and events sponsored and conducted by them.
WEATHER:
In case of class cancellation due to inclement weather an email will be sent out and all phone numbers on file will receive a text message. If more than two classes are cancelled due to inclement weather a make-up class will be rescheduled at a later date.
