I understand that tuition will be due by the 1st of each month (September 1st- May 1st). If I enroll in autopay, my credit/debit card will be charged on the first of each month for automatic monthly payments. If I sign up after September, I understand my payments are due by from the time and then again on the first of each month until May 1st. I understand that I will be charged a $15.00 late fee per child for late payment. I also agree to pay a $30.00 fee for any checks that are returned. If I am unable to attend the 2024-2025 dance season, I will contact Dance & Beyond prior to September 1st to avoid paying for the first month.
I understand that there is a costume payment of $85.00 per class due by November 14, 2024. I understand that if my child has 3 or more costumes, my payments will be due on the following dates.
September 16th: Costume Payment 1 Due
October 14th: Costume Payment 2 Due
November 15th: Final Costume Payment Due
This payment must be made separately from tuition and is non-refundable. However, if the payment is made, but the child is unable to continue in the program, he/she will receive his/her costume. Costumes Payments are posted on the Parent Portal and payment can be made there.
I understand my payment options and that tuition is based on the dance season and not based on how many classes per month.
I understand that if my child can no longer continue with class for any reason, I will make those decisions by November 15th otherwise I will pay the remainder of the balance for the season.
I understand that the Registration Fee is to reserve a spot in the class for the season. This is a one time payment and if my child should choose to no longer continue I understand that the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
I understand that my child will be required to participate in the year-end recital and I will notify Dance & Beyond by January 1st, 2025 if my child cannot participate for any reason.
I understand that my child is required to participate in picture day, dress rehearsal & recital, and all dates will be given out no later than November 1st, 2024.
I understand that if my child does not participate in dress rehearsal, they will not be able to participate in the recital.
I understand that I will need to purchase a Recital Package that includes 1 Recital Tee Shirt and a Video of the show and every student in Level 1 and up will need to purchase a tee shirt.
I understand that Students Level 2 and below will need Dance Moms. These Moms are responsible for staying back stage for the entire dress rehearsal and recital to help assist the students and watch them while the show is going on. If we do not have enough Dance Moms for your child’s designated group then we will have to charge $20 per student for each day, recital and rehearsal. This sign up will be out in April.
I understand that my child will follow all studio rules, safety regulations, and dress codes. My child will also be at class on time so that he/she does not miss essential warm-up time. I understand that by missing class time and by not following rules, he/she runs the risk of injuring himself/ herself. I also understand that with any physical activity, there is always a risk of injury and I will not hold Dance & Beyond or any of its staff responsible for any injuries that may occur.
A 5% discount is available for students taking 2 or more classes.
The multi-class discount is taken off the total.

UNLIMITED DANCE CLASSES:
Students that meet a minimum monthly tuition payment of $350 per dancer qualify for unlimited dance classes. Please note that this does not include Company or Dance Team rehearsal time.
OPTION 1 MONTHLY PAYMENTS: I choose to pay the 2024-2025 season by monthly payments from September 1, 2024, through May 1, 2025. I understand that by choosing this payment option my credit/debit card will be charged automatically the first of each month. If I should choose to make monthly payments manually, I understand there is a grace period of 10 days to make the tuition payment. A $15.00 late fee per student will be applied if payments are late. If monthly payments are late exceeding two months then I understand I will be required to enroll in automatic monthly payments. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST ENROLL IN AUTOPAY TO HAVE YOUR PAYMENTS DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY.
OPTION 2 PAY IN FULL: I choose to pay for the 2024-2025 dance season in full by September 1, 2024, or upon enrollment. The 5% discount will not be applicable for students enrolling after September 1st
RULES AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
Drop off and Pick Up:
Students 12 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by a parent upon entering the studio and leaving. Students will not be allowed to go out into the parking lot unattended.
Tardiness:
Students who are tardy miss valuable class time including essential warm-up and stretching. This is crucial to loosen and warm up the muscles of the body to prevent injury. In addition, they disrupt fellow students by walking into class late. Please try to arrive at class 5-10 minutes before the start time for changing, putting on shoes, etc. If you are going to be late we ask that you please call the studio to let us know otherwise, students that are consistently tardy will not be allowed to enter class late.
No gum or hard candy:
Students are not allowed to chew gum or hard candy during class. A child may choke or get gum on the dance floor. Please spit all gum and/or candy out before entering class.
Be respectful:
All students must listen to their instructor and be respectful of one another. Students who disrupt class may be asked to leave class. Parents should discuss with their children good listening skills and proper behavior during class. Having fun is important, however, we are there to learn and we must be respectful of others in the class.
Social Media:
Dancers who use other dancers, teachers, or the studios name negatively on ANY social media platform will be asked to leave the studio.
No rough physical contact:
There will be absolutely NO hitting, kicking, pushing, etc. in the studio. Any student caught doing this will be dismissed from class with the possibility of being expelled from the studio if the behavior continues. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated!
No foul language:
Swearing, harassing, or teasing in the studio is not tolerated under any circumstances. Any student caught partaking in any of these actions will be asked to leave class and possibly the studio if the behavior continues. We are there to work together as a team, not to single anyone out.
No valuables:
Please leave any valuable items at home. Dance & Beyond is not responsible for any missing or broken items.
Do not leave your children unattended:
Please keep an eye on siblings in the studio. Do not let them head into the dancer’s room, other studio, bathrooms, or parking lot unattended. Please keep your children quiet during class time as it is distracting to the dancers during class.
Restrooms:
Please advise your child to use the restroom before the start of class.
No Running:
There is no running allowed in the studio. This includes the dance rooms, hallways, and back room.
Snow Days:
Please call the studio one hour before the start of class to see if classes will be held and there will be a message on the recorder. There will also be a mass email sent if classes will not be held that day.
Make Ups:
If a student misses class due to sickness or other obligations, they will be allowed to attend another class of his/her level within 2 weeks of the missed class. Please ask the instructor what class may be appropriate and let us know when you will be attending.
