1. There is a one time registration charge of $27 per student.
2. All fees are monthly charges and are not based on the number of classes. The payment is through a Pre Authorised Payment Plan and billed to your account on the 1st of every month. Enrollment can be cancelled anytime with a 2 weeks' written notice. For any returned debits, there will be a service charge of $10.
3. No refund will be given for occasional absences from scheduled classes. If danceShala cancels a class, a make up lesson will be offered.
4. danceShala will have no classes during the March Break and Winter break, coinciding with the School calendar.

1. danceShala is not responsible for any loss of personal property or for any personal injury from whatever cause.
2. danceShala reserves the right to record its lessons and performances to use as its print, online and video based marketing material. By agreeing below, you consent to the publication of such photographs/videos that may include the student.

I hereby confirm that I am over the age of 18 years.

1. I authorize danceShala Inc. to deduct as per my instructions, regular recurring monthly payments of charges arising as a result of my/my child(ren)'s enrollment in the dance lessons provided by danceShala. The payment will be debited on the 1st day of every month from my specified credit card or bank account. I will provide my credit card/bank details before starting the classes.
2. This authority will remain in effect until danceShala Inc. has received written notification from me of its change or termination. This notification must be received atleast 2 weeks before the next debit is scheduled. The notification must be emailed to support@danceshala.com
3. I have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example,I have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain a form for a Reimbursement Claim, or for more information on my recourse rights, I may contact my financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.

There will be an annual recital at the end of every year. The fee to participate in the Recital will be $150 per student that will be charged directly to the account at the time of the Recital.

By enrolling in danceShala's programs, I agree to receive communication through email, text, phone, whatsapp etc.
