Parents Online Liability Waiver: I enroll my child/children and/or myself in the classes I am registering for today. I am aware and agree that my child/children and/or myself will be engaged in physical exercise, which could cause injury. I agree that my child/I are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury that may result, and I hold M’Lanie Hunter Dance, its officers and employees harmless from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injury. I further agree that it is my responsibility to monitor and direct my children’s proper behaviors and whereabouts when they are at the studio, and understand that M’Lanie Hunter Dance and its employees are not responsible for supervising my children when they are not in class or go to the bathroom, or for any lost items at the studio. I agree to escort my children into and out of the studio and in the parking lot when picking up and dropping off for class. I also am aware that M’Lanie Hunter Dance has a ZERO tolerance bullying policy. Being a member of M’Lanie Hunter Dance means dancers will dedicate themselves to working hard and both students and parents will always have a positive attitude. Dancers and parents agree to treat each other, our instructors and staff with kindness and respect at alI times. Our Lobby and Studio is a DRAMA FREE ZONE. No negative speech or negative social media posts will be allowed. If any issue arises, I will call or email the studio for an appointment. Please be aware that all fees for Summer Camps and classes are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.
