REFUND POLICY: It is highly recommended that students try a class for one month before withdrawing. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Classes attended will be deducted. No refund will be issued for missed classes.
1. Tuition
Monthly payments are to be repeated for 8 months by credit card only.
These payments are automatic and pass on the 1st of every month from October 2020 to May 2021. (If you wish to make payment by cash or check, email at info@tyleranne.com)
If payments do not go through on the 1st of the month, students will not be allowed into class until payment is up to date. All NSF cheques are subject to a $25 administration fee.
New information regarding a lost or stolen credit card, a replacement card, insufficient funds, or an expiry date change should be provided to us.
2. Registration Fee:
There will be a $50, non-refundable registration fee to be paid upon registration. The maximum family registration is $100.
3. Class Trials:
Students are welcome to try any class before registering for $10 to be paid upon request in cash or by e-transfer to info@tyleranne.com.
4. Refunds:
As mentioned above, the $50 registration fee is non-refundable.
Given that monthly payments pass on the 1st of every month, any payment that has gone through before a request of withdrawal from a class will not be refunded. If you wish to request the withdrawal from a class, to avoid any inconveniences, be sure to do so before the 1st of the month. There are no exceptions to this rule
5. Late Registration:
New students are welcome year-round. For those who register after October 1st, a $50 registration fee is required upon registration and monthly payments will begin immediately as of the current month.
However, students that register after January 1st are subject to late fees, as the costumes will have already been ordered.
6. Costumes:
Additionally, students will be required to purchase a costume not included in the monthly payments. Costume details will be released at a later date.
The deadline for costume payments is the last day of classes before our break for the holidays. If costume payment is not made by then, late fees will be applied.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Furthermore, if tuition payments are not up to date we reserve the right to hold your child's costume.
The Dance season is October 2020 - June 2021
Taxes are included in the monthly instalments.
I agree to purchase the dance uniform for my child’s class and a costume (approx $65-$85) for the end of the year show.
I agree to have a chaperone/sitter (No Males) to take care of my child, if under 10 years old, backstage at the end of year show.
I understand that there is a chance that siblings may not be in the same show at the end of the year. We do try our best.
Costumes are subject to change, depending on vendor availability and/or delivery time. Alterations may be needed at parents expense.
RELEASE: I hereby release Tyler Anne school of dance, all program staff and/or any other persons involved with the direction and organization, from all claims and liability for damages arising from accidents or injuries which are caused by or arise from participation of my child, named on this form, in any facility or at any facility where Tyler Anne's school of dance is being held.
If there is a discipline or behavioral problem with a student, the parent/guardian will be asked to meet with the instructor. If the problem continues, the director has the right to expel a student from the program with no refund of fees.
I agree to the use of any photographs and/or video footage of my child for advertising, promotional and publicity purpose for Tyler Anne school of dance.
