I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by East Coast Dance Complex, LLC. I/we agree to release and hold harmless East Coast Dance Complex, LLC including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold East Coast Dance Complex, LLC liable for any and all liability and responsibility for injuries, sickness, pandemics, accidents, natural disasters and/or acts of God incurred or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by East Coast Dance Complex, LLC. I understand that East Coast Dance Complex, LLC is a licensed, accredited and insured organization. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Executive Director, Artistic Director, instructor or staff member as soon as possible. I understand that all registration fees and camp deposits are nonrefundable.

Any cancellations or unenrollments in any season including summer camps/classes, fall classes and any other special events must be done by the 15th of the month prior to when you want to stop classes to avoid the charge for the next month or 15 days prior to a camp or special event. For example, if you decide on November 30th that you don't want to attend class in December, you are still responsible for December tuition. If you tell us by November 15th that you no longer want to attend in December, you do not have to pay for that month.
