GENERAL TERMS
Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2025. I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Totally Tumbling And Tricks is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
To withdraw from a class, one week’s notice from the scheduled class day must be provided in writing to hello@totallytumblingandtricks.com.au. Normal class fees will be charged if notice is given within less than one week.
Fees will be charged weekly, with the preferred method of payment being Direct Debit. If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via EFTPOS or credit card at the studio.
Totally Tumbling And Tricks reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a debt collection agency. This will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
A non-refundable membership fee may be added to the first invoice upon initial enrolment.
There will be no classes for Kindergarten and older students during school holidays except where advised otherwise. However, preschool classes will continue to run throughout the school holidays.
No discounts on term fees will be provided for absences due to illness, family vacations, religious holidays, other activities, or family commitments.
A pre-booked make-up lesson will be offered for use within the year for any written notifications provided before the lesson(s) that the student will not be attending. This includes adding an absence to your parent portal.
End of year show: A fee of approximately $85.00 will be charged; this fee will be paid in two instalments during week 4 of Terms Three and Four. Please note that this amount is subject to change and will be confirmed closer to the date.
I understand that these fees are non-refundable.
DIRECT DEBIT TERMS
By signing up as a DIRECT DEBIT customer with Totally Tumbling And Tricks, I agree that:
I am responsible for entering and updating card details when necessary through the DanceStudio Pro Parent Portal.
Totally Tumbling And Tricks has the authority to debit my credit card for the full balance owing on my tuition fees in my DanceStudio Pro account on the Thursday of each week of each term.
For clients commencing throughout the year, the Registration Fee will be debited along with the first week’s class fees.
If my direct debit payment fails or if there are overdue amounts on my account, a fee of $4.40 will be added weekly until the balance is paid in full.
Where a direct debit payment fails in two consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes or any Totally Tumbling And Tricks events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
