By registering you agree to Miss Caroline's Dance Elite rules and policies. Please note: Registration Fees are not refundable. Tuition fees will be refunded in the event the covid 19 virus prevents the studio from opening in September the tuition paid will be credited to the first month we are permitted to open. There will be make up classes at a later date to be determined for missed classes due to a forced later opening date of September 10th 2020.

I understand and agree that Miss Caroline's Dance Elite will not be held responsible for covid 19 virus or any illnesses associated with said virus.

I understand that all recital participants will be charged a Recital Video Fee provided the recital is not cancelled .The fee will be $35 for a single student and a $15.00 discount for each additional sibling. This charge will not be posted to accounts until February..
