Tuition is $49.00 per month and is due on the 1st of the month. All auto-pay accounts will be processed on the 1st of each month. Payments that are not received by the 5th of the month will be charged a late fee of $10.00 and the credit card on file will be automatically charged the tuition plus the late fee. If your child discontinues our program, please contact our office directly, as your billing cycle will continue until we are notified. There is an annual registration fee of $15.00.

By signing I agree below, I acknowledge that I have read all policies and procedures listed and I understand that my child may be photographed or video recorded for the sole use of promotional materials only.

Your child will remain under the care, direction and supervision of the school while receiving instruction from Birdy's Kids in Motion. I hereby release and discharge Birdy's Kids in Motion and its members from all actions, claims or demands, I, my heirs, distributes, guardians, legal representatives, or assigns now have or may have in the future for injury or damage resulting from my child's participation in this activity.
