FEES
All Perth Dance Centre clients are required to pay term fee accounts with autopay. You will need to set up an auto-pay account with a valid credit card or debit card.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all auto-pay periodical payments are honoured.
A $10.00 dishonour fee will apply to all accounts due to insufficient funds. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all card information is correct and kept up to date.
Each term is calculated at the same value regardless of length
A $40 Annual Membership fee, per student, is required at the time of enrolment.
Term fee options:
Option 1: Fortnightly deductions from your nominated credit or debit card. 5 fortnightly payments over each Term. Auto Pay transactions start on the second Monday of each term and continuing each fortnight for 5 deductions each term.
Fortnightly payments: Term 1 - 7 Feb, 21 Feb, 7 Mar, 21 Mar 4 Apr
Term 2 - 2 May, 16 May, 30 May, 13 June, 27 June
Term 3 - 25 July, 8 Aug, 22 Aug, 5 Sep, 19 Sep,
Term 4 - 17 Oct, 31 Oct, 14 Nov, 28 Nov, 12 Dec
Option 2: Payment in full at time of enrolment for term 1. Term 2, 3 and 4 will be deducted from your nominated credit card or debit card each Monday prior to the term commencing.
Term payments: Term 1 - Paid at time of enrolment
Term 2 - 18 Apr 2022
Term 3 - 11 July 2022
Term 4 - 3 October 2022
No refunds on Term fees, Uniforms, Production tickets or Costumes
Once enrolled into Perth Dance Centre all students are enrolled for the selected classes for each term for the calendar year.
Parent / guardian / Student acknowledges each term is to be paid in full regardless of attendance. Students cannot withdraw from enrolled classes 2 weeks before the commencement of each term.
30 day written notice before the END of each term is required for any fee changes or student withdrawal from any classes. If this is not received deductions will continue until written notice is received.
All deductions for 2022 cease on the 12th of December for fortnightly payments and the 3rd of October for term payments in full, unless accounts are in arrears and deductions will continue with all extra charges payable by the account holder.
COVID 19
In the Unfortunate event that Perth Dance Centre Is Unable to open due to the Pandemic,
all classes will be moved to an online format. When Perth Dance Centre is allowed to re-open classes will resume as normal in conjunction with the latest advice from the government.
A discounted class fee scheme may be introduced at the discretion of Perth Dance Centre
No refunds will be given if classes must be moved online.
Code of Conduct
Student Code of Conduct.
Honesty, positivity, enthusiasm, and Integrity is expected by all students. Students are encouraged to try new styles and to be attentive in class.
Students are to always demonstrate respect for faculty and other students. If disrespect is shown towards a faculty member, the student will be given a a written warning. If this behaviour continues the student's enrolment with Perth Dance Centre will be terminated.
Perth Dance Centre students are required to wear the correct attire for each class. These are available from our uniform shop and are displayed in our Perth Dance Centre booklet.
Hair should be in a neat bun for ballet, braid or bun for acrobatics and neat and out of your face for all other classes.
No jewellery such as Necklaces or bracelets are to be worn to class.
Students are to arrive on time for class to avoid disruption to other students.
Perth Dance Centre prides itself on having a positive fun professional environment and we request Parents support and enhance this. Attendance to End of Year Production rehearsals are compulsory. Any student who is absent from more than one rehearsal or the stage rehearsal will result in the student not being able to participate in the production.
Any bullying of any kind to Faculty, Parents or any other students will result in an instant termination of enrolment with Perth Dance Centre. Perth Dance Centre have a no tolerance to bullying.
Students will always respect Perth Dance Centre property. This includes and not restricted to the throwing of bean bags, jumping on couches, purposely disordering furniture. We wish for all Perth Dance Centre students to attack each class with an open mind and enthusiasm.
Perth Dance Centre prides itself on having a positive fun professional environment and we request Students support and enhance this by consistently displaying a positive attitude.
Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct
Honesty and Integrity is requested by all parents.
Parents are requested to show positive support to Perth Dance Centre on any social media posts.
Parents are to always demonstrate respect for faculty and staff. If disrespect is shown to a staff member, the family may be asked to leave Perth Dance Centre and the student’s enrolment is terminated.
Parents are to please respect and follow the advice and direction provided by teachers and Perth Dance Centre directors. Be supportive of your children’s efforts. It is more important to focus on children’s efforts rather than winning or losing.
Appreciate that children participate in dance for their own enjoyment.
Parents should please teach their children respect for other students, teachers and adjudicators and lead by example.
Parents and any siblings will always respect Perth Dance Centre property. This includes and not restricted to the throwing of bean bags, jumping on couches, purposely disorder furniture. Any disruptive behaviour by any sibling or visitor attending Perth Dance Centre will be asked to wait outside the venue or leave the premises.
Attendance to End of Year Production rehearsals are compulsory. Any student who is absent from more than one rehearsal or the stage rehearsal will result in the student not being able to participate in the production. Perth Dance Centre reserves the right to ask a student to leave Perth Dance Centre for any inappropriate behaviour by a parent.
No bullying is tolerated. Any negative behaviour will result in instant termination of the student’s enrolment with Perth Dance Centre.
No negative posts or slandering about Perth Dance Centre is permitted at any time.
This will result in legal action.
