By agreeing below, I hereby give my child my full consent to participate in activities under the direction of Brite Star Twirlers of Central Florida. I understand that the sport of baton twirling poses the possibility of injury or bodily harm. In the event of an accident resulting in injury, I will not hold Brite Star Twirlers of Central Florida or its instructors liable for any injury or bodily harm that may occur. I furthermore certify I have read and agree to the Brite Star Agreement & Policies as well as the Photo Release Policy as it relates to my child.
