As a small family run business and Boutique Studio we ask that you let us know per email if you want
to unenroll from a class so we can open your space for a new student. We have waiting lists for
most of our classes as classes are capped.
-Enrollments work on a roll over system (students stay enrolled until notice is given)
-Fees are payable strictly in advance prior to the start of a term.
-Fees are calculated on a yearly fee divided by 4 Terms and not calculated per class.
-Public holidays are observed and accounted for within the fee structure.
-No refunds or credits are given for classes missed by a student. You are welcome to book
a make up lesson through the office.
-No refund of term fees if a student leaves a class after the first 2 weeks of a Term.
-Classes are set after the first 2 weeks of an enrollment/Term and cannot be interchanged
for a different style/genre.
-Late fees will apply if term fees are received after the first week of a term.
-Dance Space Ideas and Choreography remain the intellectual property of Dance Space.
Students are not allowed to perform any Exam, Show or Class work at schools without the
permission from the studio.
-In the case of classes being cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster; No Credits or Refunds offered. Make up lessons can be scheduled in specific age groups in any style.
I understand that this enrollment will carry on and I will let Dance Space know if I wish to unenroll.
