I accept that I must enroll in Auto-Pay using my preferred Credit/Debit Card or bank account (BSB and Acc) to book into any courses, classes or workshops with Fantasy Fitness and Dance and/or Kids Circus Perth.

I accept that all Studio Information can be found on the Studio Handbook. If I have any questions regarding important dates, studio policies, payments etc I should look at the Studio Handbook first.

I accept that all queries should be made by calling the studio on 0488 847 455 or sending a message through my account or the app. Social media queries may have a long response time or be missed.

I accept that I am responsible for paying my fees/my child's fees on time. Fantasy Fitness and Dance and Kids CIrcus Perth fees are due on booking. If I have any outstanding course fees on this Thursday, I accept that they will be debited from my account. If there is still an outstanding balance I will be charged a $20 late fee, and every 7 days after this.

I accept that all courses have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If I cancel my place in a course with less than 72 hours before the first class, I am still obligated to pay the course fee. Studio Credits will be issued in exceptional circumstances.

I accept that Private Lessons and Workshops must be fully paid upon booking. There is a cancellation policy of 24 hours, less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited, no exceptions.

I accept that I and my children must abide by the studio Code of Conduct at all times. This can be found in the Studio Handbook.

I accept that all Choreography, Syllabus Work, Syllabus Routines, Course Planning and Structures and Studio Policies remain the intellectual property of Fantasy Fitness and Dance and Kids Circus Perth, and may not be reproduced or sold by any students, parents or staff without permission of the Studio Director.
