PAYMENTS/DIRECT DEBIT AGREEMENT:
All 2021 students will be put onto a direct debit payment plan. 20% of the total term fee will be
charged directly to accounts every fortnight, essentially meaning you will have 2 weeks worth of
classes deducted from your account on the Monday classes commence. If you would like to pay
your term fee in full you will be able to do so, however all outstanding amounts will be debited on
the first day of term, so if found unpaid to date - your accounts will be automatically deducted. All
costumes, shoes/uniform & workshops must be paid for on the spot and cannot be direct debited.
Any students wishing to drop classes must give IDC at least 2 weeks notice. Enrolments will roll
over term to term.
Late Fee: There is a $10 late fee for any direct debits that are dishonoured. If found unpaid - all
debts will be handed to debt collection with all additional fees being added to the outstanding debt.
IDC has the right and will refuse service to any direct debit found to be dishonoured.
There is a $20 enrolment fee upon enrolment.

UNIFORM:
Uniforms are a studio requirement. This is for the safety and wellbeing of students. Correct dance shoes
must also be warn.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
You give IDC permission to take and publish photos of the student for advertising and media purposes.
MEDICAL:
When agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that you have declared all previous medical
conditions, and that in the unlikely case of an emergency, our staff may call emergency services.
ZERO TOLLORENCE BULLYING
IDC has zero tolerance for bullying towards teachers, students or parents. Any perpetrators will be asked
to leave immediately. We only welcome positive and kind attitudes.
THE STUDIO
Respect for the premises must be upheld, any damages caused by students or parents will be liable for
payment. Teachers take full responsibility for students inside timetable hours only and will not take
responsibility for siblings or friends in the waiting room.

Enrolments will auto-run for the duration of 2023. If students are away the class must still be paid for - make up lessons can be arranged. Code of Conduct
Younger siblings must be supervised (and stay quiet) at all times so as not to disrupt the lessons or the other parents waiting.
All Tiny, Mini, Junior, Primary and Intermediate students must be picked up from the waiting room. They will be unable to exit the front door without a parent. Teachers take full responsibility for students inside timetable hours only and will not take responsibility for siblings or friends in the waiting room.
• No smoking anywhere on the premises.
• Students should not enter a classroom without the teacher.
No food or drink in the studios.

All choreography taught remains the intellectual property of Industry Dance Co. and cannot be performed or competed outside the studio.
