OUTLINE OF FEES:
* Registration Fee $25 - Required one time (per-dancer, per-season) at the time of registration
* Costume Fee $85 - Required for each performance/recital class (Processed Wednesday October 16th, 2024)
* Recital Fee $50 - Required for each performing student (Processed Thursday May 1st, 2025)
* Class Fees: Our regular dance season runs from September through June. When registering for a class, you are registering for, and committing to, the full season. Our full-season class fees are a flat rate. Fees can be paid in full at the time of registration or can be divided into ten equal monthly payments. The number of classes each month may vary. If you choose to register for our monthly payment plan, your credit card will typically be charged on the 1st of each month. Extenuating circumstances such as studio closures and bank holidays may delay the transaction no later than the 15th of the month. Tuition for one full-season class that is less than one hour in length is $560 +gst. Tuition for one full-season class that is one hour in length is $630 +gst. Full-season Friday, Saturday and Monday class fees may be reduced by one-month's tuition to accommodate the fewer number of classes due to holidays and long-weekend closures.
* Session Fees - Session Fees apply to all classes that run in a specified time range (Ex: eight-week Little Tots Session). Payments are required to be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees vary. Session programs are not eligible for a full-season payment discount.
* Performance Team Fees - Students who participate in performance-focused events, such as festivals and competitions, will be responsible to pay all associated fees. We will outline the fees at our earliest opportunity, it is then the parent's responsibility to ensure they review the provided information. Fees are anticipated to be processed on Wednesday November 20th, 2024, this may change due to event payment deadlines and adjustments.
* GROUP (PERFORMANCE TEAM)
$313.20/dancer per routine +GST (60-minute classes)
* Solo $475 +GST (10-class package, 30-minute classes)
Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Price includes eight private half-hour classes plus two performance-prep sessions. Additional Costume Fees, Performance Fees and Competition Fees will apply. Additional half-hour sessions may be purchased for additional cost.
* Duo $308.75/dancer +GST (10-class package, 30-minute classes)
Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Price includes eight private half-hour classes plus two performance-prep sessions. Additional Costume Fees, Performance Fees and Competition Fees will apply. Additional half-hour sessions may be purchased for additional cost.
*Trio $285/dancer +GST (10-class package, 30-minute classes)

Solo, Duo and Trio packages are available by consultation only. Do not book without a consultation. Students must be enrolled in a class of the same dance genre in order to have a solo/duo/trio. Consistent attendance, strong work ethic, elevated in-class enthusiasm and established dance technique are paramount components taken into consideration when assessing students for these programs. Fees must be paid in full, monthly payment options are not available. Once booked, no cancellations, no transfers, no refunds.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Full-Season - Payment must be made by etransfer to ltdancestudios@gmail.com at the time of registration. Contact us by phone or email if you wish to pay for the full season, this must be completed by LT Dance Studio administration. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or TRANSFERS.
2) Monthly - Payments must be made by registering for Auto-Pay with a credit card. Cancellations available subject to Cancellation Fee. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or TRANSFERS.
DISCOUNTS:
Full-Season Payment Discount
Save 5% on class fees when you pay for the full season upfront. Payment must be provided via etransfer to ltdancestudios@gmail.com. Not applicable if registering after October 1st. Contact us by phone or email if you wish to pay for the full season, this must be completed by LT Dance Studio administration. Discount only applies to full-season class fees, not applicable to session fees, solo/duo/trio fees, costume fees etc. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or TRANSFERS.
Multi-Class Discount
10% Multi Class Discount is given to students taking more than two full-season classes (per student). Discount only applies to full-season class fees, not applicable to session fees, solo/duo/trio fees, costume fees etc.
WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATION POLICY:
LT Dance Studio requires a Cancellation Fee totalling the amount of one full month's class-fees at the time of withdrawal from any class. Ex: If a class-fee payment of $57.75 was provided for November classes on November 1st, and you inform us that you would like to withdraw on November 3rd, one full month’s fees of $57.75 would be required as a Cancellation Fee. If you were withdrawing from multiple classes and your total monthly class-fees were $115.50, the cancellation fee would be $115.50 etc.
Any payments made for costumes, recital etc. are forfeited and will not be refunded.
Withdraw is only confirmed upon the completion of LT Dance Studio's Exit Survey and payment of the Cancellation Fee.
NO REFUND POLICY:
LT Dance Studio does not issue refunds, transfers or credits of any kind.
Please be aware that LT Dance Studio is a small business and classes are confirmed to operate based on the number of students registered. When providing payment to LT Dance Studio you are willingly volunteering funds, knowing the financial commitment you have made. No refunds will be awarded for costumes/costume fees or merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.
“I understand that tuition fees are non-refundable for any reason including injury and without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, disease, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage, and should it make the event impossible or illegal to run on the proposed dates the event will be cancelled.
