MBA accepts Checks, Cash, Debit and all major Credit Cards.
(Note: Credit Card transactions will be charged a 3.75% convenience fee)
All payments are due on or before their due dates. If payments are not received by the due date, after a 7-day grace period, a $35 late fee will be charged. If payment is not received after 7 business days, the student will not be allowed to take class until tuition is paid.

Students are expected to be on time and respectful to their instructors, employees, guests and each other. They are expected to focus on their hard work during class and have a positive attitude. Disrupting classes is not only rude to the instructor, it interferes with proper learning for everyone in class and may cause injuries. If any student is disrupting class in anyway, there will be a verbal warning. If the disruption continues, the student will be asked to leave class and a meeting with the parent/guardian will be scheduled. If disruptive behavior persists, the student may be asked to leave the studio.
Please be mindful of the following policies which will be diligently applied in order to provide optimal dance instruction. Following these policies will reduce the noise and distractions within Master Ballet Academy and will help the students focus and achieve their goals.
Please extend respect to your fellow Master Ballet Academy dancers and families by:
1) Observing an appropriate noise level while waiting for class

Level Placement:
Students will be placed in levels according to their age and ability by the directors.
Attendance:
Regular attendance is important for the learning process. Students are expected to attend every class for which they are enrolled and should arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare for class; this is important for proper warm-up and stretching. Students consistently late or skipping class may be prone to injuries. Consistent attendance will be a factor in level placement throughout the season. Depending on the class and the instructor's discretion, students may not be admitted to class if more than ten minutes late. If late, students should not enter the class in the middle of a combination. Please wait until the music is off to enter the studio. Regular attendance to all classes a student is signed up for is important to their continued success with MBA.
Make Up Classes and Refunds:
We do not offer make up classes. All Master Ballet Academy tuition and fees are nonrefundable.
MBA requires hard copies of the Registration form, Covid-Privacy, Covid Waivers and hand book waivers prior to your student attending classes. These can be found under "Shared Files" on your account.
