MBA's goal is to offer the best in dance education to their students. Performing is an integral part of this process. Therefore, by registering your student, you agree to have them participate in the Spring Performance show (as long as we are able to have a show based on the current state of affairs in our country/state.) If you do not want them to perform, you will need to let the directors know and have their approval by Jan 4th. The fees for the performance cover the cost of the instruction for the piece, costume rentals, costume fittings and other instruction as deemed necessary by the instructors. Fee will be announced by January, though it is typically $250-$300 Parent/Guardian initials: ______
Students are expected to be on time and respectful to their instructors, employees, guests and each other. They are expected to focus on their hard work during class and have a positive attitude. Disrupting classes is not only rude to the instructor, it interferes with proper learning for everyone in class and may cause injuries. If any student is disrupting class in anyway, there will be a verbal warning. If the disruption continues, the student will be asked to leave class and a meeting with the parent/guardian will be scheduled. If disruptive behavior persists, the student may be asked to leave the studio.
Please be mindful of the following policies which will be diligently applied in order to provide optimal dance instruction. Following these policies will reduce the noise and distractions within Master Ballet Academy and will help the students focus and achieve their goals.

Students will be placed in levels according to their age and ability by the directors.
Regular attendance is important for the learning process. Students are expected to attend every class for which they are enrolled and should arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare for class; this is important for proper warm-up and stretching. Students consistently late or skipping class may be prone to injuries. Consistent attendance will be a factor in level placement throughout the season. Depending on the class and the instructor's discretion, students may not be admitted to class if more than ten minutes late. If late, students should not enter the class in the middle of a combination. Please wait until the music is off to enter the studio. Regular attendance to all classes a student is signed up for is important to their continued success with MBA.
Make Up Classes and Refunds:
We do not offer make up classes. All Master Ballet Academy tuition and fees are nonrefundable.
MBA requires hard copies of the Registration form, Covid-Privacy, Covid Waivers and hand book waivers prior to your student attending classes. These can be found under "Shared Files" on your account.
