You must be 18 to register you or your child for an account. Your registration symbols a commitment to the regular attendance of classes. No make up classes are offered for absences, although we invite all students to make up the time in a different (age appropriate) class. Energy Dance Center calls that a "bonus class". You are eligible for a bonus class by giving us a courtesy of letting us know that you are missing class 60 minutes before class begins. "No call no shows" are not granted a bonus class. Monthly tuition is based on a semester amount, broken into monthly installments. Auto-pay is required to secure your place in the class(es).
Submitting your registration to join classes and/or events at Energy Dance Center acknowledges your agreement to not hold Energy Dance Center, affiliates, staff members or partners responsible for harm or injury that results from your participation in any class, event or activity provided by such parties. Additionally, you understand all memberships require a valid/active credit card is placed and kept on file with Energy Dance Center. The credit card on file will only be used for the automatic payment of your membership and other expenses that may occur, like merchandise and private lessons (directed by you, the customer). Enrollment in any class at EDC is voluntary, and can be cancelled at any time. In order to avoid being charged for your monthly installment payment, you must log into your portal and drop the class BEFORE the 1st day of the month. Energy Dance Center will not issue refunds to customers who ignore this deadline, continuing their enrollment passed the 1st of the month, and blocking other students from enrolling in the class.
As the student, or parent of the student under the age of 18, we agree to hold Energy Dance Center and it's affiliates NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injury or infection that occurs under regular dance instruction. We are aware that dance class and camp is physical in nature, and assert that we are of sound physical ability to meet the requirements of class participation without causing injury to ourselves and/or others. In addition, we are aware that our participation in classes and other activities at Energy Dance Center poses a certain level of risk of exposure to bacteria, viruses, and other substances that may cause illnesses including, but not limited to: Covid-19, Influenza, Pneumonia, Strep and Lice. Knowing these risks, we choose to attend our activity within the facility, and assume all personal responsibility for remediation and treatment should it result in infection or injury. I lastly understand that I MUST ACCEPT this waiver in order to participate in any activity offered at Energy Dance Center.
