AGREEMENT AND WAIVER I/my child will willingly participate in all aspects of Excite Dance & Cheer at my/their risk. I/my child is in good physical health and acknowledge that when performing exercise, routines or engaging in similarly strenuous activities, I/my child may suffer injury. I understand that it is the express intent of Excite Dance & Cheer to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to property (however arising) from my/my child's participation in Excite Dance & Cheer. I authorise that I/my child may be photographed or videoed at Excite Dance and Cheer and that Excite Dance and Cheer will own all parts of any photography and videography and can use it for commercial or non-commercial purposes. I agree to abide by all Excite Dance and Cheer rules and guidelines, a copy of which I have. I acknowledge I will not seek to penalise, prosecute or claim compensation from the organisers, sponsors, presenters or any teacher employed or participants in Excite Dance and Cheer for any loss or damage.
