West Coast Dance has a strict non bullying policy. If any student is found displaying intimidating behaviour or harassing a fellow student in or out of class, enrolment will be terminated and refunds will not be given.
Registration fees are a one off charge for the year to confirm student placement in each class. This is not refundable even if students decide they do not wish to continue. This covers insurance for the year.
Term Fees and Costume Fees - it is your responsibility to ensure these payments are received on the dates required. Late fee of $15.00 will apply if not paid by due date.
Costume payments are non refundable once costumes have been ordered. Refunds will only be given on medical grounds and at the discretion of West Coast Dance.
Term fees that are not received by the agreed dates will result in student not being able to participate in classes until the outstanding payments have been made in full or an arrangement made with Melissa.
Payments can be made against your account by logging into parent portal. It is the parents responsibility to ensure ALL fees are paid in full by the agreed dates.
The cost of costumes is $200 for all girls in hiphop, contemporary and tap classes and $100 for acro classes and boys. This will give you two costumes that they will perform in and keep per dance style (Acro students only receive one costume due to only having one dance) . If full payment is not received by the 1st September a costume will not be ordered and the student will not be able to participate in the end of year concert.
