I understand that enrollment and participation in any and all classes offered with Halau Hula O Ka'anohiokala (and or performance locations) is at my own risk for myself and or minor child enrolled.

By registering and/or attending class parent(s) and or adult students acknowledge tuition is a flat rate due by the last class of the month for the following months tuition through the auto pay feature. All sales, tuition, costuming and or recital fees are final. No refunds or credits. To cancel class and autopay a email notice needs to be received 1 day before the next scheduled autopay processing. If notice is not received in time and is charged that tuition is not refundable. Mahalo
