All mandatory dance attire must be purchased through P.A.T.Y.'Studio.

Military, Healthcare and Law Enforcement discount of 7% (cannot be combined with any other discount, (City of Hanford and specialty classes excluded)
Season paid in full will receive 10% off but NO other discounts cannot be applied (Including Military discount).

Refunds are not issued for registration fees or tuition whether or not applicant attends the class. Payments made toward tuition and registration cannot be transferred to other fees applied to your account. If student misses two consecutive classes, student will be dropped automatically without notice. YOU MUST DROP A CLASS WITH WRITTEN NOTICE BY THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH TO STOP THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OR ANY RE-ACURRING FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH, OR AUTOPAY AND RE-ACURRING FEES WILL BE CONTINUED AND NO NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO ACCOUNT HOLDER. Unexcused absences will not receive make-up classes; an excused absence can attend a make-up class with director’s permission.

P.A.T.Y.'Studio is a faith/positivism-based studio. Student will learn how to dance, about positivism, and about faith.

*P.A.T.Y.'Studio reserves the right, at any time, to change class fees, dates, times, or cancel a class. *

Student is committing to participate in the June recital and committing to attend all classes until recital is over. June recital includes purchasing the earrings and make-up tutorial link, and a recital costume for EACH recital class signed up for. If student drops the class in the middle of the season after agreeing to recital commitment, it is still the guardian/student responsibility to pay monthly tuition. A costume is $100 per recital class. Folkloric class has different costume price, read parent student handbook. Deposits of $50 for each costume are due November 1st. If you have a card on file, it will automatically be charged for the costume deposit on November 1st and remainder on March 1st. Costume deposits and any payments made toward costumes are non-refundable. If student drops out of class or decides not to participate in the recital after the costume fees have been paid, a refund will not be issued. If a student drops after a costume has been ordered, account holder is still responsible to pay the remaining costume balance and account balance. Student may not participate in the recital if they drop. Payments made toward costumes, recital earrings, and make-up tutorial links are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other fees on your account. ANY RECITAL COSTUMES OR RECITAL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AFTER SEASON IS OVER IS ASSUMED TO BE DONATION TO THE STUDIO.

Each dance family must purchase at least 4 recital tickets to help offset the cost of the recital production. If the dancer has not purchased the required 4 tickets by June 1st your account will be charged for 4 tickets.

I, the adult applicant or I, the parent or legal guardian of the applicant listed below, hereby grant approval of the applicant’s participation in any and all of P.A.T.Y.'Studio programs and activities registered below. I do waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons involved in the operation of P.A.T.Y.'Studio from any claims arising out of injury or other loss to named applicant or any member of his/her family whether as a participant in the activities or as a spectator. I also grant permission for P.A.T.Y.'Studio to take photos of me or any child to use for the website and for purposes of promoting the studio. If any student exhibits behavior that is dangerous to herself/himself or to other students, P.A.T.Y.'Studio, reserves right to remove the student from the studio. P.A.T.Y.'Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or harm done to student registered at P.A.T.Y.'Studio, nor is responsible for any hospital bill, claim, lawsuit due to loss, injury or harm.

Adult Classes (Salsa & Bachata, Fitness Unlimited Program) DO NOT RECEIVE DISCOUNTS. Musical Theater has production days that cost $35 a day and will consist of voice recordings, and extra performance rehearsals. Musical Theater has approximately 4-6 additional production days. Folkloric Showcase Team has 4-6 mandatory rehearsal days that cost $35 per dancer. For piano classes, any damage inflicted upon the pianos will be the responsibility of the student or parent.

Upon enrolling into P.A.T.Y.’Studio a welcome package will be emailed to account holder with all the policies, rules and regulations. All rules' policies and regulations are to be followed and understood upon receiving this email.

A one-time registration fee of $40 per family is due upon enrollment each new season. Tuition is calculated on the "Payment Option and Monthly Tuition Agreement" sheet and applicant must agree to pay that tuition amount for the entire season. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th. A $15 late fee will be applied to your account on the 6th of the month if tuition has not been paid for that month. An additional $35 late will be applied to your account on the 7th of each month for a returned check, declined transaction, or insufficient funds. If account holder has a balance and has a card on file with/without the auto pay option, P.A.T.Y.’Studio has permission to process the card to obtain account balance. Account balances must be paid by June 1st Penalties and interest charges will be added to your account and can be sent to a collection’s agency for unpaid balances and student will be dropped. Applicants cannot enroll in a new season until previous season balance is paid in full. Our season operates from late August to early June. Tuition and classes will automatically roll over to the subsequent season unless a written notice is received by the 15th of the month to stop recurring payments or autopay will continue. Tuition fees and classes are subject to change at the studio’s discretion, and it is the responsibility of parent/guardian to stay informed about any updates. Your registration serves as your agreement and acceptance to any changes in fees and classes that may occur between seasons.
