In submitting your registration you agree that: You have read, understood and agree to follow DANCE PLUS SAFE OPERATION PLAN. Please email us to request a copy danceplus1986@bigpond.com While we take every possible care, the responsibility for your child is with the teacher only during your child's designated class time while your child is in the learning space. Your child will be collected promptly at the end of her/his designated class. Any injury to persons or damage to property, as a consequence of the conduct of your child, will be your responsibility. There are risks associated with participating in dance. You acknowledge these risks and agree that DANCE PLUS is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage sustained by your child/children as a result of participating in dance education provided by DANCE PLUS. You will inform us of any medical or physical condition that may make your child susceptible to injury or harm. You have read DANCE PLUS 2024 Information Guide and agree to all policies and procedures therein. DANCE PLUS is hereby granted permission to take photographs and video of your child/children during regular classes which may be used for promotion, advertisement or display purposes in digital social media or hard copy publication. No financial compensation shall be given for the use of photographic images or video. Students/Parents must not photograph or video dance classes unless permission has been given by the class teacher. Filming or photographing by students/parents is strictly prohibited during concert performances and rehearsals.
