2. No colored drinks or soda in the studio. Ginger Ale/Sprite are allowed if not feeling well.
3. No jewelry or expensive items - Please leave your valuables at home!
4. Please label all of your belongings – dance shoes, bags, etc.
5. Please use the restroom before you come to dance. We have restrooms & water fountains in each dance room, but they will only be available for use between classes or in the event of an emergency.
6. We do not have a waiting room for any dancer to wait if you have a break in class. You will need to make arrangements to participate in concurrent classes or a parent will need to pick up any dancer between classes. In order to keep tuition costs down, we do not hire someone to manage/supervise dancers outside of class. Please contact Ms. Eryn if there is a circumstance to discuss.
7. All dancers will be required to be covered up once they leave the dance room. This ensures the comfort and safety of each dancer and parent. Leotard with tights and a skirt/shorts. etc. is acceptable dance attire, but sports bras and briefs/hot shorts alone are not.
8. Cell phones will not be allowed to be used during class. They must be in silent mode and in the student's dance bag/locker. We suggest that they leave them at home or in the car. Each teacher has a cell phone and the studio has a phone for emergencies as needed. All dancers will not be allowed to use them during class under any circumstances they can communicate with a teacher if any issues arise.
9. Our dance rooms are closed to non-dancers or staff. There is not an area for our parents to wait at this time. We are excited to have a full space lobby coming in the future with a seating area, locker room, etc. but at this time we do not offer this. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to grow and expand!
10. Behavior: All dancers, parents & staff are expected to always display respectful, appropriate behavior. Please see Studio Code of Conduct below for additional information and our requested processes.
11. If your child is sick- please keep them at home! Our policy is that a child must be fever/symptom free to attend class.

- The 2024 Fall Dance Session starts the week of August 19, and ends on the last recital day - which is approximately on December 14. When we get close to recital there is many rehearsals so your child will have plenty of dance time to make up for any closures due to holidays/spring break/etc.
- Tuition payment are to be paid on a per session basis, not a monthly basis. We offer a payment plan for those who would like to pay it in three equal payments. There are no refunds and no proration of any tuition is done for any dancers who chose to quit/drop out of a class after September 10. The FULL session fee is due. Class spots are held and due to the limited number of participants in each class we cannot fill a spot after that time therefore the full session fee applies. All accounts that are not paid will be referred to the appropriate collection agency in order to be resolved.
- All tuition payment plans are drafted on the following dates: Upon registration or August 19, September 1, and October 1. CEDC will accept credit/debit/cash/check payments. If you chose to make a payment prior to the draft date, your card on file will not be drafted for that payment. Payments have to be made at least 24 hours prior to the draft date. Payments can take anywhere from 3-7 days from the date of draft to post to your bank account.
- There will be a $40 return check fee for any returned checks.
- There is a $20 transaction fee assessed for any cards that decline. In the past we have been severely lenient in applying this fee. Beginning January 1, 2023 we will not be able to continue to not enforce this policy. Please make your payments through the app prior to the draft day if you want to use a different card or pay with cash/check. No notice of draft will be sent prior to it happening, only a statement will be sent after it has processed.
- Multiple Child Discounts: There will be a discount off all additional dancer (2+) tuition rates. Contact us for more information. Competition team siblings are not eligible for a discount as your tuition is discounted already.
STUDIO CODE OF CONDUCT
- CEDC has an open door policy. Any questions, feedback, praise, and/or complaints are taken seriously and we want each parent/dancer to feel comfortable expressing these things openly and honestly.
