You must be over 18 to register for an account.
Tuition is broken up into 9 equal payments over the course of 9 months. All months are charged equally regardless of how many classes take place within a given month. ReMix Dance Collective, LLC accepts cash, check, or credit card through automatic debit for monthly tuition payments. Every account is required to have a credit card on file. Each account must elect a monthly payment method at time of registration. For accounts electing to pay cash/check payment is due by the 25th of the preceding month. Payments not received by the last day of the preceding month will have the credit card on file drafted for the monthly tuition plus a 4.5% convenience fee. For accounts electing for automatic debit of a credit card tuition will be drafted from the assigned account on the last day of the preceding month. All credit card transactions will include a convenience fee of 4.5% per transaction. Tuition not paid or posted by the 10th of the month will incur a $20 late fee.
A written notice is required for any class(es) you wish to discontinue. These written notices may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10 days prior to the next tuition payment being due. Failure to do so will result in the next months tuition being charged. There are NO refunds for paid tuition. Students are welcome to complete their month of classes that have been paid for.
In the event of inclement weather, the studio will make a decision on closing by 2 pm on the day in question. We make every effort to make up classes, however, ReMix is not responsible for making up a class that was canceled due to inclement weather. There are NO REFUNDS for canceled classes due to weather or other acts of God. We encourage our students to try another class offered in our schedule as a make-up. It's a great way to test the waters in another style of dance! ALL CLOSINGS WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE HOMEPAGE, FACEBOOK FAN PAGE, IN ADDITION TO AN EMAIL BLAST THAT WILL GO OUT TO ALL STUDIO FAMILIES!
The ReMix recital held annually in June is an OPTIONAL event to all students. Costume payments are due DECEMBER 15TH and range in price per class from $70 - $80. If your child is to participate in the annual recital he/she MUST purchase a costume. Costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Other optional fees may be incurred through recital participation which is explained on the ReMix website under "Performance". Students participating in the recital and miss more than 3 classes (excuses for medical reasons or family emergency are excluded) from March 1st until the performance date will be excused from the recital. In the event a child is excused from the recital due to absence from class NO REFUNDS will be given for costumes already purchased, pre-ordered recital tickets, or any other expense incurred from recital participation.
I permit ReMix Dance Collective, LLC to use photos of my child taken during ReMix events or classes strictly for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion of the ReMix Dance Collective program. I understand that only my child's first name may possibly be used. Last names are strictly prohibited for use by ReMix to protect a child's anonymity.
