Studio Cancellations: Classes canceled by our Studio due to weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at a later date chosen by the teacher. The it Factor Academy does not guarantee that classes will be made up. Missed Classes & Attendance: We require 24hrs for class cancellations for Private Classes. Less than 24hrs notice or NO SHOWS, student will be charged for the private class. There will be no refunds on missed lessons throughout the year. A make-up class can be arranged through the teacher (private dance lessons only). Regular attendance is appreciated & anticipated. fees are due on 28th of each month. Any overdue fees are subject to $50 late fee. There will be a $100 surcharge on all returned cheques. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

By registering for classes with The it Factor academy I (Student/Parent) release the above company & teachers of The It Factor Academy from liability in case of accident or injury. I {the Student/Parent} understand that trained instructors will conduct all classes in the safest possible manner. I {Student/Parent} hereby agree and give my permission to display, publish or distribute film, photograph, audiotape or videotape, and I {Student/Parent} waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown.

I {Student/Parent} promise to pay to the order of The it Factor Academy, located at 2445 DUNWIN DRIVE City: MISSISSAUGA, PROVINCE: ON POSTAL CODE: L5L 1T1, and all subscription program selected above shall be payable in monthly payments or upfront payments. Commencing on and continuing on the same day of each month thereafter until the last payment. The last installment shall include any remaining unpaid principal, together with any accrued interest still owned until the last payment date, and by subscribing to The it Factor Academy monthly program I {Full Name} agree to all terms listed on this registration.
