Waiver of Liability (required to take classes)

As a participant in any program or class of Tippi Toes Dance Company® I recognize and acknowledge the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and that my child is in the proper physical condition and capable of participating in the related activities, understanding that Tippi Toes® is not in any way responsible for making such a determination.

I agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in any program or class against Tippi Toes Dance Company® and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Tippi Toes Dance Company® and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors from my claims resulting from injuries including death, damages and losses sustained by me or my minor child that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program.

Photograph release:
I hereby permit the use of my, or my daughter/son’s image to be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded for use in Tippi Toes Dance Company’s® publicity or educational materials. These materials include, but are not limited to, photographs of classes and performances, newsletters, various other publications, Tippi Toes Dance Company’s® internet webpage and social media outlets and videos of classes or performances.


Tippi Toes® Corpus Christi Policies:

If you need to cancel your class registration at any time, please contact our office via email or phone before the 1st of the upcoming month so that you are not charged tuition for the upcoming month. Cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month in order to avoid tuition charges.

If a class is missed due to illness, holiday, weather etc. your dancer may make up the missed class at any studio class that fits your dancers age group. Please keep in mind consistency is crucial to your dancers success; please try to limit the number of missed classes.

Tuition is due on the first of the month and a late fee of $10.00 will be added to your balance on the 10th of the month. If balance is not paid by the 25th of the month the dancer will be removed from the roster until the balance is paid in full. Tuition is NON-refundable after 30 days.

Camps and Special Events are paid at the time of sign up and are non-refundable 48 hours prior to the event.
