Upon signing this agreement, you do hereby remit, release and forever discharge The Company Theatre, the Academy of The Company Theatre, their instructors, directors and successors and assigns of and from all actions, causes or action, suits, damages and any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever, of every name and nature, both in lay and equity, which the undersigned or who they represent may have, arising from any act, action, accident, or event resulting in injury or damage to the person represented or the undersigned. I also give permission to The Company Theatre to allow them to use photos of my child(ren) in media and marketing.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final.
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or postpone a lesson, you must directly notify your teacher and/or the Academy at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full amount for the lesson if you fail to notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance.
Privacy Policy:
We never share any patron information. Patrons can opt-off our mailing list by calling the Academy of The Company Theatre office.
All curricula are property of The Company Theatre. Any attempt to record, copy or distribute our curricula or teachings is unlawful and will not be tolerated.
