I further understand that the risk of injury increases with fatigue. RELEASE My child and I are participating voluntarily in the sport of gymnastics, dance, or Ninja Warrior training. I agree to be solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage which I or my child may sustain while participating in the programs of the Great River Gymnastics LLC. I agree to release the Great River Gymnastics LLC its directors, officers, coaches, program assistants, volunteers and members of all and any responsibility for such injury, loss or damage sustained while participating in the activities of the Club. ACKNOWLEDGMENT I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT and that by signing this release, I will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise making a claim against Great River Gymnastics LLC or anyone associated with the gym for any loss or damage connected with any property loss or personal injury that I or my child might sustain while participating in or preparing for any activity of Great River Gymnastics LLC, whether or not such loss or injury is caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Gym, its directors, officers, coaches, program assistants, volunteers or members.

Furthermore, by registering your child, you are holding a spot for your child. You must notify us if your child plans to no longer attend classes. Failure to notify the gym of removal of student will result in continued billing Great River Gym is holding a spot for your child for the entire session of classes, and payment will still be required, unless notification is received.

Monthly Invoices

We Send invoices each month on the 1st.  Your invoices will be sent directly to your email, coming from quickbooks.  Sometimes these show up in your spam folder. You may need to search for this email your first month, and mark it as "not spam" to ensure you receive it each month.  You can pay online, through your email, or in person with check, cash, or card. Invoices not paid in full by the 10th each month will result in a $5 late fee.  After 30 days you will receive another $5 late fee added to your invoice.  Invoices not paid in full by the following month, can result in your child being dropped from class.  If you are behind on payments, please let us know, we can typically work with you to set up options to help you out.  Your monthly tuition is the same each and every month, so there is no surprises.  If your child misses a class, we do not offer discounts. We pay the trainers regardless if your child is in class or not.  Your child can make up a class at a different time (must be approved), just let us know you would like to make up a class, and we will find a class they can fit into for that week.  Some months have five weeks of classes, and some months have 3 weeks of classes.  Your tuition is by month.  So if your class only has three weeks of classes one month, your tuition is not discounted, just as if your month has five weeks of classes, your invoice is not increased.  This all equals out by the end of session.    You can find our calendar posted in the gym for when we are closed for holidays.  The same goes for discounts for holidays.  If we are closed for holidays, there is no discount given for that class. As I stated above, all classes average out by the end of the session.  All of our holidays are prescheduled off, and rarely change this schedule. if for some reason we do change class schedule, we will contact you by phone, text, or email, as well as post on Facebook.  

Missed classes

We understand that your child at times may miss class. If this happens we understand, children get sick, or other things come up.  Please let us know your child will not be in class.  You can do this a few different ways.  Text me at 563-503-2765, call and leave a message, email me, or message us on Facebook.  We want to be prepared for class, so knowing when your child will not make it, allows us to make changes if needed.  

Weather Related changes. 


It is very rare, but there are times that we cancel class for weather related items.  If we cancel class due to weather, we will notify you through text, phone, or email and Facebook.   We also will let you know when we will make up that class.  Any time we have canceled class unexpectedly we make sure we offer a make up to your child. If that time does not work, please let us know we, can make arrangements for them to join a different class for that week.

As you have seen above, we do a lot of communication through email, text, and phone, but in todays world we also use Facebook for a lot of communication.  We post online every day. We post progress of our students, open gym times, Events, new classes, make up classes, and just about everything else. We encourage you to like our page to stay up with all the communication we post daily.
