General Waiver for all in-person classes (including trial classes):
--- I agree that Dance Magic, its dance director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members are not liable for injuries that may occur during the course of instruction.

--- Waiver of Liability for COVID-19: Dance Magic, its director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members have put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and will not hold liable Dance Magic, its dance director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members for any medical issues that may result from COVID-19 exposure during the course of the dance class.

Photos and Videos taken during classes and shows may be used for marketing purposes.

Health and Safety Measures:
- You must be healthy and well to attend class, please make sure your child does not have a fever, cough or cold. Notify me if anyone gets sick.
- Face masks are optional.
- Students are recommended to sanitize hands before and after class. Hand sanitizers will be available in the studio’s entrance.
- Air purifiers will be operating at all times
- Only students/teachers will be allowed inside the studio, parents/guardians will have to wait outside
