I understand that Academy of Christian Arts reserves the right to refuse instruction to anyone not abiding by ACA's policies. I understand that Academy of Christian Arts reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment falls under 8 students. I understand that Academy of Christian Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I understand that participation in a dance program involves risk, illness exposure, and possible injury. I understand that I can not hold Academy of Christian Arts or its staff responsible for these things sustained in class, while performing, or traveling to the facilities. I allow Academy of Christian Arts to use my child's photograph in all forms of media for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose. I have read and agree the policies regarding tuition, recital, late fees, and attire. In the event of a forced closure of in person classes, ACA will go to video taught classes at the same tuition rate. Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy: A 30 day written notice must be given should you decide to discontinue classes. Verbal withdrawal is not acceptable. Please notify the bookkeeper in writing (email is fine) should you choose to drop a class. Students who simply stop coming to class will continue to be billed for every month until they officially withdraw. Students withdrawing after the 1st of the month will be billed for the following month's full tuition rate.
