I am aware of possible physical injury that may occur during activities at Beyond Center Stage, performances and/or rehearsals, and I am willing to assume those risks. It is agreed that Beyond Center Stage LLC, its officers, directors, instructors and associates are not responsible for personal injury or property loss. I have read and understand the studio policies represented in the BCS Student Handbook, and agree to abide by them at all times. I understand that if I enroll during the school-year session, enrollment is for the remainder of the session. A fee will be charged to withdraw after 30 days of enrollment. If my child is a team member, I agree that I will not dispute any Team Fees paid, as they are reimbursements to BCS, and are non-refundable.
