I understand that once a student has enrolled in a class six weeks written notice or six weeks fees in lieu of notice is required for cancellation of that class within the academic year. Re-enrolment occurs anually for the Autumn Term starting in September. Students can join at any time throughout the year.
Once a student has enrolled in a class six weeks written notice or six weeks fees in lieu of notice (excluding school holidays) is required for cancellation of that class within the academic year. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place. Deposits are deducted from the first term's invoice. Invoices are issued at the start of each term. Fees not paid by half term will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
From time to time Aucott School of Dance will take photographs and video clips of students in classes, performances and at special events. Such images may be used as part of school promotional materials in print (papers/newsletters/flyers etc.) or online (school website/facebook/twitter). If you DO NOT wish images of you/your child to be used in this way please contact the school and a note will be recorded on your file to that effect. Please note that images used will never contain identifying information (surnames/ages/addresses etc.) or be published without parental permission.
