Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A $25 late fee will be added to your account if payment is not received by 15 days after the due date; we do not mail invoices or statements for tuition. You will receive an email, reminding you of balances due.
A dancer is enrolled in class(es) until WFDC is notified of a Schedule change.
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and Zelle (preferred) at info@westfloirdadance.com
There is a two week drop notice. This will insure you do not get charged the following month.
Tuition is the same whether there are 3,4,or 5 weeks in a month. The longer months make up for the shorter months.
Tuition, Camp, Competition, Costume & Recital fees are non-refundable and not transferable.
Credit is not given for missed classes. Students can arrange a make-up class within 1 month of missed class with the front desk.
Add/Drop Forms: To add or drop classes please notify the front desk and fill out an add/drop form.
Dancers must be picked up at the time their class is finished. Students must wait inside the building to be picked up.
Accounts must be current with no outstanding balance for tuition, costumes, or other fees to participate in Competition or recital.
You are financially responsible for tuition until WFDC is notified in writing that the dancer is dropping class(es). We do not prorate tuition; the only exception is if you start in the middle of a month.

Additional Liability Release
As with other sports, there are risks involved with taking dance classes. Parents and students should be aware that injuries (including paralysis or even death) may occur in dance class. By enrolling your child in class at WFDC you are assuming the risks involved with taking dance class.
I am fully aware of the risk associated with my child (dancer name)
participating in a dance class (or team practice) at WFDC. I will talk with my child about the risk and demand they listen to instruction from their teachers. I acknowledge that I currently have and will continue to provide adequate insurance coverage for my child’s protection. I realize the risk of injury involved and hereby agree to assume the responsibility of such for said student and further agree to save and hold harmless West Florida Dance Center, its employees, and all others concerned, and to indemnify them against loss. I jointly
and severally hereby forever release, discharge, and acquit WEST FLORIDA DANCE CENTER and THE BRIDGE DANCE COMPLEX from any and all contracts, claims, suits, actions, or liabilities both in law and in equity specifically arising from, relating to or otherwise described as and limited to participation in any dance class including damages or injuries arising from or resulting from participation. This release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. In case of emergency, I give my permission for emergency medical treatment.

**Dance Studio Class Waiver**

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in classes offered by West Florida Dance Company: The Bridge Dance Complex: (WFDC:TheBridge)

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in dance classes involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscular soreness, and the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in dance classes at (WFDC:TheBridge).

2. Physical Condition: I hereby certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or physical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in dance classes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any physical activity if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Dance Studio Name], its owners, instructors, employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in dance classes, whether caused by the negligence of (WFDC:TheBridge), its owners, instructors, employees, or agents or otherwise.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless (WFDC:TheBridge), its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from my participation in dance classes.

5. Photography and Videography: I understand that (WFDC:TheBridge) may occasionally photograph or videotape classes for promotional or instructional purposes. I hereby grant permission for my image and likeness to be used by (WFDC:TheBridge) for such purposes without compensation.

6. Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by (WFDC:TheBridge) and its instructors. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my dismissal from classes without refund.

7. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize (WFDC:TheBridge) and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for me and agree to be responsible for any expenses incurred.

8. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Largo, FL without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
