TERMS AND CONDITIONS By signing this enrolment form, you are agreeing to the below. (1) Dancing is a physical sport. To a certain degree teacher student contact is required for the purposes of demonstration and correction. (2) Compeat and Compeat employees are not liable for injuries that occur. (3) Term fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued. If fees are not paid within 14 days there will be strictly no admission to class and late payment fee of $30 will automatically be added to invoice. (4) Students must adhere to the uniform policy - Compeat uniform is compulsory - Hair is tied back neatly - Correct dance shoes are worn * Please note: later in the year studio uniforms will be issued (5) Students will be on time and punctual to classes. As well as punctual pick-up from parents. (6) The term is paid for as a whole therefore, there are no make-up lessons. (6) There are no refunds for leaving mid term. (7) No solo routine that has been taught at Compeat by any internal or external teacher can transfer with the student if they move to another studio. By signing this form you are agreeing that you are the parent or guardian and all information given is correct. - COMPEAT PAYMENT IS MADE PER TERM NOT PER WEEK. CLASSES ARE FIXED PER TERM REGARDLESS OF THE WEEKS IN A TERM.
I AGREE THAT MY CHILD MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED AT DANCE AND IMAGES MAY BE USED FOR MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or credit. Make-up lessons are at the discretion of Compeat Dance when adequate notice is given. Cancellation - If a class is cancelled, a make-up class will be offered. If the make-up class cannot be held, a pro rata adjusted credit of term fees will be made to your account. If we discontinue a class midterm, your account will be given a pro rata adjusted credit or refund for the balance of fees. Voluntary Withdrawal - Should the dancer decide not to discontinue/withdraw mid term, unfortunately there are no refunds. This is due to timetable and staffing being set for the whole term.
