The family and facility of APAC are dedicated to the love of dance and committed to cultivating the joy of learning in an educational environment. We believe our love and passion for dance will continue to take us down a successful road that we hope to share with you and your family.

Assumption of Risk:
I, the minor's parent or legal guardian, understand the nature of the activities my child will be involved in at APAC, and the minor's experience and capabilities, and believe the minor to be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities.
Release of Liability:
I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless each of the releasee's from all liability claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor's account caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor's behalf makes a claim against any of
the releasees named above, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or any cost that may occur as the result of any such claim.
Recital and Show Participation: Each child will have at least one Recital dance and costume that they participate in. If your dancer for some important reason can't participate to the winter or summer shows this needs to be communicated during class registration, if not participation fee will be still charged. Each dancer will also need dance shoes & tights (for girls) or pants (boys). Costume Fees must be paid in full 8 weeks before show . Fee DOES NOT include any needed alterations. Alterations are parent's responsibility.
Winter Ball Participation Fee of $45 per child, due at sign up for Winter Ball in November.
Summer Show Recital Fee of $60 per child is due at sign up for recital in March .
Tickets will be available for sale on-line and at the recital for cash.
You will receive a costume approximately 1 week before performance. Costumes will range in a price from $70- $100 for each.
There will be $40 deposit for each costume added into accounts 8 weeks before the show.
Parents must purchase tickets for the Recital, they are not included with monthly tuition.
Medical Emergencies:
In any event of an accident or emergency I hereby authorize my child to be transported to a hospital for medical treatment and I hold APAC center and it's representatives harmless in the execution of such. Additionally, I hereby agree to individually provide for all medical expenses which may be incurred by me or my child(ren) as a result of any injury sustained while participating at or for APAC
Pictures & Media Policies:
Class and individual pictures will be taken in the spring. Information regarding dates and times will be announced during the year.
We may use group or class photographs or footage with very general labels.
We will only use photographs of pupils who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.
For good and valuable Consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Allied Performing Art Center and Assigns my permission to license the Images and to use the Images in any Media for any purpose : which may include, advertising, promotion, website , Youtube, Facebook. I agree that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
Studio Policies:
Please review and agree to our studio policies:
Parking lot- DO NOT EVER LET YOUR CHILD PLAY IN THE PARKING LOT. Children are not to be left outside without supervision or leave the building without an adult.
Viewing Classes - We give you opportunity to watch class very often and see the student's progress. Parents of the kids ages 2-6 y. will have viewing classes. Parents of kids 7-up please feel free to watch class trough our windows and TV in the waiting area. Do not allow siblings to stand in lobby chairs. Please make sure siblings are not distracting class. Many instructors will invite the parents in at the very end of class every once in a while to give the parents a quick show. This is up to the instructor's discretion.
Lobby- If you utilize the lobby, please throw trash away and straighten toys before leaving. Please be mindful that lobby is a small, shared place don't occupy lobby if not needed.
Before and after class- Most classes start at the end of the previous class. Please gather your child and be prepared to leave the building after class is over. Please be courteous to the class that comes after your class is over.
Personal and Non-Personal Information :
APAC may collect personal information (including but not limited to name, address, telephone number and email address) and credit card information to process lessons payments, ticket purchases, costume charges and other transactions. APAC may collect personal information to communicate with parents and students , send newsletters, closing information and etc.
APAC will never sell your personal or financial information to any third party. Your personal or financial information, however, may be shared with third parties who are authorized by APAC for the following purposes: (a) Credit card verification, processing and fraud detection purposes and (b) Legal disclosure to a government agency.
Class Schedule & Levels :
At APAC we have next avenues you can pursue:
Competitive Dancers and Non-competitive Performing Dancers.
Students do not move up to the next level according to the amount of years that they have studied dance. They must be able to execute proper technique for that level; this is at the teachers' discretion. Some students may take several years to develop as a dancer while others might only need as little as a year of training. Natural ability, effort, practice and attendance will affect each student's progression as a dancer.
Class schedule is subject to change based on enrollment. Students will be evaluated during the first two weeks of class and level changes may be made based on teacher evaluations.
APAC reserves the right to combine classes, change times, provide substitute teachers and cancel or combine classes with 6 or less students. This decision will be made by the directors
Dancer's Code of Conduct:
We understand that being late sometimes is unavoidable. Arriving to class on time is in the best interest of the student, especially those where higher levels are concerned. A student who misses the beginning exercise runs the risk of injury by not being properly warmed up. For your safety there is No Chewing Gum In Class. Please support and respect your fellow students and instructors so APAC can continue to be a fun, friendly and family atmosphere.
Cell phone use during the classes is strictly FORBIDDEN. No food or drinks except water is permitted in the dressing or dance rooms.
All Students must wear appropriate dance cloth.
Dress code information will be given by first two weeks classes.
All hair must be neatly secured away from face.
Parent's Code of Conduct:
Parents are not permitted to interrupt teachers before, during, in between or after classes. If you wish to speak to a teacher, please leave a message at the front desk and the teacher will call you or set up an appointment to meet with you. The dancers are our utmost priority and our goal is to teach and mentor them while providing a fun and challenging dance education.
Recital:
Specific Recital dates and times will be confirmed and announced as soon as they are finalized. Students work hard all year, recital is their opportunity to exhibit their hard work. There will be a Holiday Benefit Performance in January and our annual recital will take place the beginning to the middle of June. Please plan your vacations accordingly.
Competitions:
All competitive dancers need to sign APAC Competitive team Agreement for a new Dance Season .
Agreement will committing dancers to rehearsals, traveling and additional fees. Participation in specific classes and technique classes required by APAC directors.
Attendance at rehearsals required.
Attendance at performances and a limited number of regional and national competitions.
Attendance of seminars in dance, performance, makeup, nutrition, etc.
Specialties:
When a student has reached a certain level of dance, they will be invited to participate in showcases or all specialty numbers, which are choreographed throughout the year.
Specialties consist of: Solos, Duets , Trios, Small and Large Group Numbers Production.

Respect the APAC Dance center brand via social networking ie: Facebook, Youtube, etc.There shall be no self-promoting of any kind involving the ALLIED brand name. Do not publish any material or content that will damage or infringe on the APAC dance studio or company brand name, employees, teachers, students or fans.
Any and all APAC branded logos may not be used at all on social networks unless approved by an studio staff member.
If you have a video that involves APAC center students , you are required to email it FIRST to our Marketing Director : Mailboxallied@gmail.com If approved, you can post and share .
Snow and Inclement Weather:
We will follow the East Brunswick/Old Bridge school closings for East Brunswick location and Manalapan/Morganville School District for Morganville location. Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control and we may need to close last minute for safety reasons. If you are unsure please call or check your email for further information. Please refer to this calendar for ALL holiday closings and for special ACDC events.

Holiday Closings for Group Classes:Thanksgiving Eve , Thanksgiving Weekend, Winter Break, Labor Day Weekend, Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend
